Len holds 3m shares, interesting to see if he sells any. I feel there’s a buy out coming as soon as we get ratification which is why he’s gone for a new opportunity.IMO
Thanks all for posting Vox and Proactive interviews, very positive, sounds like lots of news to come in May/June, a big few months ahead. Looking forward to what’s to come in the near term. GLA and have a great weekend. CJ.
Good clarification re Len. I wish him all the best for the future. His contribution to the Company has been significant.
Excellent interview confirming all the good things we can expect to hear in the next two months.
Good to hear that Len has been presented with an opportunity closer to home so he can spend more time with his young family. Also good to see Keith maturing into his role with a more comfortable performance.

There is very little meaningful commentary on cash flow in comparison to the raft of less important information such as internal promotions, conferences attended and international women's day etc. Personally, that sort òf information smacks of window dressing and is not particularly relevant to an RNS?
This quote is from the Board Changes RNS of 20th Dec 2023. Hope that it helps.
"I would also like to take the opportunity, on behalf of the Board, to thank Len Kolff for his considerable contributions as a Director since his appointment to the Board in March 2022. Len joined the Board at a challenging time for the Company, following the untimely passing of the founder of the Company. His input through this period was, without doubt, instrumental in guiding the Company to where Atlantic Lithium is today. I am pleased that, in his role as Head of Business Development and Chief Geologist, Len will remain key to the ongoing success of the Company."
Len has completed what he was originally tasked to do. He was the chief geologist and explorer. Because of Vincent's untimely death Len was promoted to interim CEO. The project has moved on to mine development and then production. The next phase (Operations) will be managed by Keith Muller who is CEO.
Len was a great asset to the Company, but the project is developing to areas outside his forte. I am sure he will do very well for himself going forward.
To be honest I may be wrong but I thought they had given us the heads up that he wanted to step back so not totally surprised at this news
Yes perhaps a bit odd not giving an RNS solely about Len stepping down.
Nothing was said yesterday about Len. The way this has been worked in to the quarterly statement seems a little odd.
Were they frightened of making a specific announcement?
What do you mean? The RNS seems pretty clear.
"After nine years with the Company, Head of Business Development and Chief Geologist Len Kolff has taken the decision to step down from his roles and will leave Atlantic Lithium to pursue other business interests.".
He's steeping down to go higher up so I think we're good.
Other than that the news seemed positive. Do you feel LK a significant loss?
LEN KOLFF stepping down from the company
May June set to be an overload of news almost) Encouraging about resource update this Q. Increase in mine life from 12 years to...? Len mentioned Goulamina and theirs is 20 I believe.
Plus $1500/t spod on conservative side once in production according to KM
Just as an aside from ALL whilst we await lots of news..........as anybody seen any update recently on what is happening re Ricca ?.........would be nice if the shares from the divestiture would eventually be worth something, someday.
Also from the Q&A part of today's presentation... Keith is travelling to China in May regarding the offtake process.
I thought this mornings presentation was informative. Does anyone else think that Iwan nearly let something out, when he began to say " as you will all know, we have received........"
Probably just me.
ATB.
"Expected some time in May". From Investor meet Q&A
Lots of buys coming in over 20p, good sign. Don’t want to tempt fait! GLA. CJ.
