Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
MC explained yesterday that on these zoom meetings he would not disclose the parties involved for confidentiality reasons and that upon becoming clients of his, he would be able to go further into these details. He has also established that they have enough assets to make this case worthwhile. We will be unable to share these details on open forums once we have them.
Angusscott.
MC stated, in the answer to that question, that very few cases went to court when the evidence against them was so strong. He had no guarantees but the aim is to make a case so strong that we are successful at the class action phase. So fingers crossed.
This quote is from the Board Changes RNS of 20th Dec 2023. Hope that it helps.
"I would also like to take the opportunity, on behalf of the Board, to thank Len Kolff for his considerable contributions as a Director since his appointment to the Board in March 2022. Len joined the Board at a challenging time for the Company, following the untimely passing of the founder of the Company. His input through this period was, without doubt, instrumental in guiding the Company to where Atlantic Lithium is today. I am pleased that, in his role as Head of Business Development and Chief Geologist, Len will remain key to the ongoing success of the Company."
Thanks for that reply. Yes, I'm sure that you are right about the promotion side. The conversation that day was more about the selling in Canada with no RNS etc.
Maybe we will benefit from some free "pre launch" publicity. lol
Hi. As I posted on 28th, Canada Pharmacy can supply products, through its website, to the US market and are possibly only shipping to American addresses therefore not selling in Canada. It is often cheaper for US citizens to but pharmacy products from Canada.
Canadian Pharmacy firms can register with the FDA and apply for certifications to sell FDA approved products to customers in the USA. This may be what is happening in Canada as the cost of many drugs and medical devices are less expensive than buying through US sites. They might not be able to supply to Canadian addresses if they have not been through the Canadian approval process.
Yes. It's Powerhouse's DMG technology that HUI is licenced to use in Europe the first project being in Poland with Heads of Terms agreed in the RNS of 12th November 2020.
This was the first of a few RNS'S including the one from 7th October 2021 which make interesting reading for those recently arrived investors to understand more the tie up between Powerhouse and HUI.
I don't think that there have been any updates from HUI on the progress of these projects??
That was the goal. I feel that we've lost our way.
What I can't understand is why this technology and FOAK, having been sucessfully demonstrated in Chester, hasn't been bankrolled by ANY government, organisation or individual somewhere in the world.
The cost would be a drop in the ocean compared to the costs to the world of shipping plastic and tyre waste around the globe and every country needs it.
For me, the hydrogen economy arguement is secondary (as it was in the early days of Powerhouse), to the disposal of the waste relatively cleanly with the benefit of producing electricty which is desperately needed in many countries.
The shocking demise of Powerhouse is not in the technology but in the abysmal choices and decisons that the BOD have made through the years. They should be ashamed.
Hi Tech.
Just read your 11.42am post referring to Chill Brand having just one product. They actually have have two arms to the business. Chill.com and Zoetic, Zoetic being the Original brand name before they bought the Chill domain.
Chill.com have two products in the UK at the moment. Herbal smokes and CBD Gummies, currently out of stock.
Zoetic have beauty products including anti aging serum and gel, moisturiser, massage oil, all infused with CBD and a range of oral CBD oils, currently out of stock.
There is more information on the Chill Brands Group website.
I used the BBC Whatsapp Service today to inform them about our nicotine free vapes.
You never know, someone might find it interesting as it addresses the addiction aspect.
Also, if they added £1 or so deposit to the cost, users could return them when repurchasing.
They certainly wouldn't remain on the streets for long! LOL
