It left my account with no problems so will have to check up on it if I should have received a "receipt"

I use a pc for my financial affairs and find that Santander are very security conscious, which is good.

I used RBS to bank transfer the money and put "Finance Dept" in the Payee box and it went through with just one query from them. I haven't had confirmation back yet and I am assuming that is because I used an alternative route to pay my invoice. If you have another bank account you could try them. Hope that you get it sorted today.
