LT tho, the more serious issue is that BoD credibility is destroyed. Dreadful reading. To get caught on the wrong side of financing as a forced seller tells me that the Bod are not smart enough to be playing with complex debt indtruments like collared loan facilities, etcs, together with modelling future cash calls from investee cos.

tempting to sell and get out when the Bod tests ypur confidence in them, but i will hold.

Bcos it's not that long b4 Motheo starts up, and the royalties from that once flowingshould be transformative not just for revenues but also NAV.

CEOs of cos like this have multiple objectives to pursue, sometimes complementary, others contradictory, all of them challenging. Either trust the BoD or bail out.

There are now questions of commerciality, of timelines and cash burn, and of comparison to other therapeutic approaches which might compete with, outperform, or simply get developed faster. i don't know the answer to those questions, and nor, as yet, does anyone else.

The sensible approach, it seems to me, is to be aware of those uncertainties, and make your best judgement as to whether they make a Mcap of £400m fair, cheap, or overvalued.

Nobody knows, so don't rubbish those who take different views to yourself on the balance of risk.

Interesting. i am under aware of the competing approaches tha could affect prospects here, which is why I remain wary of the many very credible claims of the huge potential. Potential, certainly, but early stage pharma is a minefield, and I've learnt to be very, very, wary of getting carried away.

There is too much concentration on the bb on Avacta's product, and not enough on the commerciality vis a vis competing ones, imho.

Agree all the points are demand rising for the product, the Q is when do we reach +ve bottom line, or even +EBITDA? Its a great product at the right time, but what will it deliver 4 s/ holders, and when?
The RNS only promises "+ve gross margin", which is only halfway there.
I want to believe in this, but want to see more explicit pointers to cash generation first.

If that means I miss out ( and I can see a chance of a TO here) so be it, for now.

Altogether raises c £ 24.5m, so a very substantial dilution.
As others point out, it removes uncertainty for a year or so, as volumes ramp up.

But with a lot more shares in issue, and + cashflow still a long way off, is £ 40m mcap a stretch, or a bargain?
