CS, you seem to be comparing Direct PCR with standard PCR. Big difference.

When the contract started only a certain amount of Q devices were rolled out. The NHS performed in-service validation of these and the tests involved. There was a time limit of five weeks for this validation to take place .The contract states that if this was successful the full rollout would go ahead, if the validation failed the contract would be cancelled.

Full details of the original LTIP are on pages 143/6 of the Novacyt Aim Admission document. The second payment should have been paid on 1/11/21 but was stopped and is now stated as due to be paid this year . It looks like that was one of the first decisions that DA made after taking over as CEO on the 18/10/21. Clawback of monies can only take place during the first year after payment ,subject to the terms shown in the document.

The individual company accounts for Primer Design, Microgen Biotechnology and Lab 21 Healthcare were also filed at Company House on 23/08/22 if anybody is interested.

DRB83 ,you are correct in what you posted. From the Strategic Report it states- the costs associated with updating the existing portfolio for Microgen and Lab 21 to comply with IVDR and ISO regulation's are prohibitive versus the sales opportunity it presents .Therefore Novacyt is preparing to discontinue both businesses.

Will the company be updating the product pipeline page on their website as new tests progress through development and regulatory approval? One glaring omission from this page is any new development work that It-Is-International are currently doing .

DRB83 , they've added thirteen tests to that list since wednesday. What I'd like to know is how did a company like Sansure manage to develop a monkeypox test and launch as a fully validated CE marked product on May 25th, having cleared all the hurdles under the new IVD regulation's .

According to this link suspected monkeypox samples are currently sent to UKHSA RIPL. However they then go on to mention that other regional centres are likely to be testing in the future.
