Doesn't the Mine Development and Closure Plan have to be submitted before a mining lease can finally be awarded. Originally the geo technical drilling for rock stability was supposed to be completed late February up to a depth of 100 metres. Late April it was announced again that this drilling was starting, but this time a target depth of up to 150 metres was mentioned. It looks like they've been asked to provide deeper drill results to integrate into the pit design plan . Those samples from the drilling needed to go away to the laboratory for analysis and this wouldn't have happened till probably the second week of May which would leave little time for their return and the finalizing of the pit plan.

SM, sixteen weeks ago you started posting that a funding raise was due . Now you say this might not be until August.

When Oracle announced on 25/02/26 that the latest exploration drilling had just finished you posted that the drilling results wouldn't be back till 2027. An RNS containing the results was released on 15/04/26.

Last week you posting that they had failed to start the Geo Technical drilling. News of the start of this was released on 28/04/26.

You can always take a look at the neighbouring pit next to Kalgoorlie. This started life as a series of shallow pits and mines which were eventually amalgamated into one Super Pit. Currently this pit has reached a depth of nearly 2000 feet and has produced a lot of gold over the years.

Listening to the Stockhead report on Riversgold it seems that the aim is to incorporate all the new land into one mining lease eventually.

For those that might not know Mega Resources are a subsidiary of the Indian company BGR Mining. They were incorporated in 2024 with the aim of partnering with companies actively exploring for gold in Australia. From what I can see they now have around eight projects including Riversgold. Back in India BGR are a successful mining company who now seem to have aims of expanding outside of their native country.

What was said by HE1 at the AGM this week in regards to future funding of the Rukwa development.

We will remain opportunistic as to how we do fund. There are a number of options that will be open to us , including debt which was very much a route we would like to take. Strategic partnerships, clearly that would be very important to us . You know there are bigger companies that are out there and we may be able to you know have discussions with. We've had some early stage discussions with some of these , but clearly in all of this what we'll be looking to do is minimize dilution as best we can and maximize value to shareholders.

They also stated that China would be the main market they would be targeting with sales. Obviously this last statement is dependent on successful development of the project.

Back in August the HE1 Global director's all updated their details at Companies House to show Nishant Dighe as a person with joint authority for decision making with the company. However as an individual Nishant has not been registered at Companies House. Why is this ? Even though he is a ned details should be filed at Companies House.

Blue Star are also going to need funds for the White Plains wells and acreage if they decide to take up the option to purchase . News from the fourth well they have re entered and tested as part of the evaluation process is due in .

The drilling permits at Las Animas allowed them to drill down to 2500 feet. The present wells have been drilled to between 1100 and 1200 feet, so they should be able extend these down into the lower Lyons formation under the present permits.

Quick search shows that Peter Tutuki is still employed to look after the rig . Maybe our late night troll already knew that.
