Does anyone know what the new products are that Yourgene have currently going through regulatory approval? Some of the money raised last December was to go towards this ,but there doesn't seem to have any mention since then.

WBA where did you get your £6 pounds from .When the shares vested on November 1st 2020 the only performance criteria was that the share had to be more than when the scheme started (57p or thereabouts). What you should remember there are two new directors from Yourgene and I can't see them wanting to wait until the end of 2024 to join an incentive scheme .

Anyway with your background in the medical profession what are your thoughts on Ranger Tech?

I wouldn't be surprised if the current ltip is scrapped later this year and a new one put in place at this depressed share price . They've created a six months window before they provide a proper update on Yourgene knowing exactly what this would do to the share price.

Good to see that the first two clinical versions of the multiplex tests are being launched in the UK in Q4. Earlier this year Novacyt said that potential customers would be able to try the ruo versions of these and if there was sufficient interest they would validate and launch clinical versions.

Hi Kaeren, you mentioned the covid saliva lateral flow test. Maybe the ex ceo of Yourgene with his connections to MHC can try for a deal with Boots . He now has the added incentive of the options he was awarded over there yesterday.

I see two more jobs were added to the vacancies on the Yourgene website yesterday. The position for a lab tech in the laboratory service they run states that besides nipt and covid testing they also provide support to partners at the pre clinical and post market stages to develop,manufacture ,obtain regulatory approval and commercialise new products and services .Is this an area of the business they are looking to grow?

As far as I know the AGM has to held within six months of the end of the financial year. Novacyt tried to hold the AGM in June but failed to reach the number of votes to be quorate . They then had a maximum period of two months within which to rehold the AGM. In August Novacyt announced that they had received court consent to further delay this until october because of the takeover of Yourgene.

This time round voting on the ordinary resolutions can take place without being quorate,but the extra ordinary resolutions need a minimum of 20% to be quorate.
