Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
From what I can see in the video that Kimberly Holden placed on YouTube the run time for the 96 channel Nimbus platform is 100 minutes and the 12 channel Light Box platform is 45 minutes. I don't know what variables there are with these times in relation to sample type and how much prep time is involved.
I don't know if anyone has read this article relating to point of care testing in Milton Keynes. The key findings ring a bell.

Well worth listening to the interview from last November of Yourgene's Dr Joanne Mason about the Ranger Tech and nipt test .In the interview she mentions litigation that is taking place in the USA regarding some of the nitp tests on the market.
This litigation is being brought by a company called Ravgen who have the patent for the type of tests in dispute . Later on last year Ravgen won a court case against LabCorp and were awarded 375 million dollars. This has since been increased by a further 100 million dollars. During this year Ravgen have also reached settlements with several other large companies.
Does this mean that there could possibly be more openings for the Yourgene nitp test which as far as I am aware is unique?
