Under Tanzanian law if a company needs to raise money for taking a project into production they are expected to do this in Tanzania. Finance can be raised overseas, but permission has to be granted for this .

Looking at the available information permits were applied for in April relating to five new wells in the Galactica/Pegasus project. Notification was sent out in June that they had ticked the right boxes and the application was moving on to a hearing on the 25/26th September. Hopefully there should be some news not too long after this date.

I never see any mention by the bashing crew about the Tanzanian laws on funding when a company moves from exploration to production.

From the HE1 website it shows the source rocks that produce the helium being some 20 kilometres (12.4 miles) below ground level. If correct that's a big area of fractured and faulted basement rock's that the geo thermal system is pushing the water and helium up through. Hopefully we learn some more before the license application goes in .

Comek2, please read the job description, they've been advertising the field service engineer position for a while now . It's related to the Iona test and the equipment this is run on.

What should be taken into consideration is access to future sales in the US market that HE1 will gain. Currently the business plan for any helium produced in Tanzania is to sell into the far east markets. Helium is transported in a liquid state in super cooled tanks . These tanks have a maximum of around 45 days that they can keep the temperature cold enough for the helium to remain in a liquid state. This time limit governs the markets they can target with any sales.

Strange how none of these detractors mention the fact that the HE1 team were in the offices of Tanzanian Investment Centre earlier this week . They act as the go between for new business investors and the Tanzanian government, helping companies to set up framework agreements, obtain permits , licenses,finance and more . If the picture was as dark as some would have you believe that's the last place they would seen.

On this there are several products allegedly already going through clinical approval. Trouble is non of them were ever launched as clinical versions .
