I've read on a legal website where there is a minimum period of 60 days before a license can be issued. With today being the 60th day since we were notified of the license submission we should now be moving into a period where news on the license can land any day .

Proof of how the project will be financed is a prerequisite part of the mining license application. If HE1 didn't know where the finance was going to to come from they couldn't have submitted the mining license application.

Hi Stamford, artificial lift is used globally in a large percentage of oil and gas wells. Somewhere in the region of over 90% . This old article by SLB gives some idea what is involved.

Regarding the mining license an application for renewal has to be put in no later than six months before the ten years is up .A new license runs for a further ten years. With the Tanzanian government having a percentage interest in the project it would surely be in their best interests financially to ensure there is continuity.

It's worth reading this article from last year that looks at new exploration for helium which is taking place in the USA. There is also specific mention of the semi conductor industry which uses helium because of it's cooling properties. At present there is massive investment taking place in the semi conductor industry, supported by the US government .If you look at the third link and click on Facility Activity you can see just how much companies are investing . All this expansion will place greater demands on the helium supply chain, which angers well for He1 and their new interest in Colorado.
