It's worth noting that they only had to drill to half the 2500 feet planned depth to reach the target zone in Colorado. If this is repeated on the following drills there should be savings on the planned expenditure.

Quick question the total drill depth of Well 16 was approximately 1200 feet. The first of the new drills appears to be going to nearly twice that depth. Is that because the Lyons formation is at a greater depth at the new drill location or are they looking to pick up a greater pay area ?
Gizmo, who said it's an indictable offence? The only information currently available is that the case is going to a magistrates court. An indictable offence surely would be going to a crown court.
Hi Larry, as far as I know once the HSE are involved a decision to go to court is normally made within 12 months. That would indicate the HSE only became involved in 2024.
