I see the government issued a notice early in September relating to the CTDA process.They are seeking information from covid test producers and suppliers on their experiences with seeking approval or non approval of their products. There are many questions relating to the costs of developing tests etc and the future direction of covid testing in this country .Some of the questions are naive beyond belief and would appear to have been written by civil servants with zero scientific knowledge. Hopefully some of the UK companies that have been shamefully treated with this process will provide the appropriate feedback.

Off subject this link gives access to a investor presentation that Synlab gave to investor's earlier this summer.Plenty of info on how the company has been growing and future plans of expansion. Definitely a company to build a relationship with.

Talking of company values ,does anyone know how much Clonit is worth or how much Equita paid for their 33% holding?

Regarding the Clonit deal I posted a few days ago that Equita Smart Capital have taken a 33% stake in the company. The deal went through early in July and funds from this will be used to implement Clonit's growth plan , both on an external basis and through the systematic development of it's business.
All their CE marked tests passed the requirements of the new EU IVDR directive in March this year . It's also worth considering that somewhere down the line Equita will be looking to sell their holding in the the private company Clonit.

Synlab were awarded a 15 year contract to set up and run Hub and Spoke Labs for the NHS in 2017 . They are a German company with a large presence throughout Europe, plus Africa,South America and some labs in Asia.
DA did say that they are listening to customers and developing what they want.
