Two years ago (roughly) there were 155,417, 268 shares in issue. Today there are 400, 401,186 shares in issue!
The market valuation in May 2017 was £14.3m. Today it is £11.3m.
The SP in May 2017 was 9.2p. Today it is 2.825p
See the difference. A classic example of dilution of shareholder value in the price where the actual market valuation isn’t hugely different to two years ago, certainly not in relative terms.
