8adger - no I can't see anything in the announcement that implies the PFS will be late. In fact this comment implies the exact opposite:

"Following the review of the comprehensive PFS by an independent QP we are comfortable this is a viable option to developing the planned operation."

That is impeding ability for the SP to rise. They're obviously not selling on fundamentals so some other reason.

Bit annoying really because I've chosen other AIM stocks on the basis of good fundamentals but you only need a persistent seller to put a brake on things. No matter I am long term holding here because this has got a very exciting future. 2p will be just the foothills if Salinbas develops as expected and KS does seem v confident of its potential.

Now, can we finally break 2p?

So the 1.60’s are all buys. The SP is set to drop under the placing price then.

I’m going to wait until after the consolidation and see what happens. I actually think it may lead to more not less volatility- contrary to the management view.

Haha Noel I think you and I know the answer to that one! The continuing radio silence does not fill me with confidence. This company are proven masters at snatching defeat from the jaws of victory!

The one thing that offers a small degree of reassurance is the director buys last year. But listen I am a realist here!

That’s also true regarding regular predictions of a POG rise. I think though that there is growing political instability not least in Europe. Another recession is due soon. These things are positive for Gold. The demand for gold is strong in Asia and will continue to be so. If Westerners start buying it too...

But, as you rightly say, better to focus on fundamentals here. Dilution looks to be behind us now. I also look back and laud the company’s achievement in getting debt finance for the RR project from the bank. No mean feat for such a small company.

How long will it be until the market sees beyond the loan repayment period next year and begins to rerate the valuation on the basis of a big increase in fcf?

John it’s not just the fundamentals outlook for the company (which looks highly promising to me) in terms of financials and exploration/develop potential. It’s also the fundamentals for the gold price itself. I believe a new gold bull market must be very close. I was astonished to hear that central banks around the world had bought over 650 tons of gold last year and plan a similar amount this year. This is a reversal of central bank policy (apart from the likes of China of course). If you add in that we have now reached Peak Gold (production) which is forecast to tail off gradually in coming years plus a low point in discoveries then surely.......by the laws of economics- no matter how much manipulation - the price has to go up.

I think that for LTH’s of which I now consider myself to be one it matters not a jot what speculators like Winnifroth say or think. It is quite inconsequential save for a few short term punters taking flight.

I have taken a long time to be convinced here but I now hold a very bullish conviction.

So I’ll look for every dip and try to add not sell on it.

This market is so shit.

Just curious who this Andrew Muir is? The only ‘notable’ Andrew Muir I can find is a ceramics dealer but whoever he is has just picked up 9% of the company,

I would prefer no share buy backs. For me this is way down our list of priorities. This is a growth company and growth companies require cash for investment. In this particular case the investment is required for both exploration and development. There is no shortage of projects to progress here!

The single most important thing though is this rules out any dilution this year and then next year the loan is repaid and it’s all fcf.
