Bottomz - well we do know that MWG will be the operator responsible for the construction of the plant. Therefore it’s reasonable to assume they will employ the necessary people, contractors, services to the build. It’s also reasonable to assume they will receive payments at various agreed milestone stages of the project plus an ‘upfront’ payment at the start. This should provide the capital required to undertake the various stages. You can be sure all this would have been agreed in the detailed contract discussions. The Gib govt would not have chosen MWG if they did not 100% believe they had the technical and operational capability.
It’s just down to the planning decision now (which is due in the next couple of weeks) and then, if it’s a Go, it should be full steam ahead. I’m antIcipating on a Go we are back well into double figures.
