After yesterday’s bout of profit taking on the recent SP rise....

KS, WPnand MdV with a very well timed RNS with fairly significant sums invested to add to existing stakes. Between £15k and £25k invested each.

Doesn't look like it would take very much demand for this to be on the move again.

To be frank its due to poor management.

11p with better PR?? I don't think so. Fundamentals would have to be a whole heap better than they are for a £30m + MC. Plus highly positive sentiment and TRUST. All those ingredients are currently missing and that is not due to poor PR.

Yep and this stock is still valued at just £8.5m @ 14.15p

They made £1.75m net profit last year (though there were exceptional factors there). So they prob won’t reoeat that number - but then the market didn’t relate the shares. Nevertheless all areas of the business should be profitable in the upcoming results including F1M moving into profit for the first time.

Things to watch for :
Net profit
Reducing debt
MA pipeline
ASH pipeline
F1M pipeline

All these numbers could be good or very good hence the current SP interest

This is at pretty much an all time low. Not even I can see it going lower (at least for now) see a bounce from here

To put it in perspective its not big dilution, less than 10% in fact.

So the market should soon get over it and hopefully focus on news.

When I first read the announcement I was rather miffed. However, on reflection, your post does make sense and, as you say, this could have been anticipated given the open offer shortfall.. so kicking myself about that.

But we are where we are and I am taking them on their word that we can expect news 'near term' and take note MWG that doesn't mean months down the road!

I saw criticism of the box from a few users - I must emphase a few - many liked it - BUT that matters not because imho the key is price. The price policyholders pay for their premium IF they use the box. At the moment younger drivers are targeted because it can keep the very high premiums they have to pay lower. But now the technology is extended to a wider audience and targeted at older drivers because it can keep their premiums lower too. Widespread adoption.

And of course any insurers not using telematics will find themselves left behind if they too do not embrace the technology.

The AA is also calling for drivers using telematics to be excluded from IPT.....

Take special note of the later part of the article where it refers to telematics and shows a picture with a Trakm8 black box ;)

Thanks Blondeamon for the detailed reply. It certainly sounds very positive indeed. There’s clearly a massive opportunity here, not just with the AA but all the other potential partnerships.

Just about everything that could possibly go wrong goes wrong with their deep well drilling. It goes on year on year and they never learn.

I see all the Broker SELL recommendations in the past few months. Must be time to buy then!
