With EZJ I think if you are in here as a trader there is money to be made on the swings based on the macro sentiment, but for me as an investor I am in it for the long haul - I buy shares, add on weakness and reinvest the divis then hold for up to 6 years looking to double or triple bag before selling - the fundamentals of this company are sound as is the business plan - so I will continue to add on weakness - gla dyor etc

Decided to add a bit more here at 51.2p - the spread was at 0.01pct which indicates there is plenty of demand at this price - hopefully something positive to say on the 21st!!!

Just took advantage of the ex divi price and added at 428.2p to lower my average - the spread was at 0.02pct - that tells me there is a pretty heavy demand at this price - lets see how it plays out

Said on here yesterday that the market had overreacted and this has played out in Japan this morning - well done to the people that bought in around the 450 mark and to the people who were still selling at that point, I am afraid you need to stop trading/investing for good - for me this goes plus 500p - it would have been there now had it not been for the jobs numbers in the states imho - dividend and capital gains is the ultimate prize for big funds and I expect them to load up - follow the money

Back in at 68.4p - as already mentioned, Telecoms are defensive and this could well get support at these levels - interest rate cuts coming down the pipe as the FED realises it is behind the curve - maybe a higher rate cut than previously estimated - lets see

Decided to take a punt here at 433p - dividend at plus 5pct fits my remit - 40 dollars minimum break even per barrel of oil - plenty of scope here with the share at this price and will add more if it falls before ex divi - gla dyor etc

I am down around 10pct now on EZJ - still adding as I believe the fundamentals are good here and the market has overreacted to the non farm payroll numbers over the pond- the Dow closed around 350 points up from cop on the FTSE which suggests to me the yanks themselves know this was an overreaction - I also added to RR. yesterday at 450p when some were still selling the day after amazing results when the share went over 5 quid with broker targets upgraded to over 6 quid - ask yourselves why people do this? - herd instinct/panic selling - people that do that should not be trading - gla dyor etc

Jobs numbers came in shocking 114k instead of 175k - actually agree with Poker here, the FED have misread what the market was telling it and should have cut already - looks like shares will take another hiding this afternoon - lets see

Decided to buy back half the shares I sold at 58.8p a few days ago for 54.8p - the spread on the buy was very tight at 0.1 which to me suggests plenty of support around this price - all UK shares getting hammered this morning apart from IAG (even RR. is getting smashed after fantastic results yesterday) - will wait to see how the US non farm payrolls/unemployment numbers come in at 1330 - that will probably dictate where shares are going into the weekend - looking to add the other half of my previous sale at some point after 1330 - gla dyor etc.

Good results this morning for IAG which should hopefully add some support for EZJ today - IAG disclosed disclosed a "significant" increase in free cash flow for the half to reach €3.2bn some of which will be used for a return to paying dividends - they have also pulled out of the Air Europa purchase which has saved them 0.5b - EZJ current mcap is 3.25b - EZJ current p/e around 7 which is very low for an airline - at this price you would have to think that maybe EZJ could be back in play as a takeover target? - I will be adding to my holding here this morning - gla dyor etc

Poker - I thought you would insist on having the last word but saying stuff like "have I got my head screwed on" is insulting and not necessary - you know full well the point I was trying to make in my original post that if you give large wage increases to avoid a strike you get others coming to the table which is what has happened here - fully respect you don't agree with what I say but cut out the insults - that is just sad and not required
