Bought back my holding this morning at 119.3p - gla dyor etc

Decided to sell my holding this morning just short of 124p at the open having bought in around 116p so a decent 7pct return with the dividend to come on the 14th - gl to all remaining holders

Decided to take a punt here - looks oversold to me - Budget may be a dampener with tax on beer but I am happy to take the risk at this price - Christmas round the corner - plenty of business coming up imho

Arsinal - yes all good here old boy - just hoping Comrade Reeves doesn't start meddling too much with the old Isa's next week otherwise I may have to head for a sunnier climates especially as the PM has now designated me a non worker - strange that - I have worked and paid nic for over 40 years and I am now a non worker having aspired to better myself by taking some calculated risks with shares and retire early -

"do you think the last 14 years were any better" - last 14 years not been great however you have to factor in covid, ukraine war etc - every country in the world went through that and most have still not recovered - a lot of young people have voted labour because they know no different, as they have not seen a labour gov in power in their lifetime - being an old git i like many others have witnessed the labour way - labour only know one way - tax and spend - spend on the public sector and tax the private sector - it will play out in front of your eyes very shortly - unfortunately to increase gdp you have to have growth in the private sector to facilitate the wage rises that have just been given to the public sector - to do that you need to cut tax to encourgage business and spending - imho starmer and reeves are two cheeks of the same **** - talking growth and peddling socialism -

Decided to take a small tranche here at 268p - was going to wait for the budget to see how much beer is taxed at but wtf - the share looks cheap to me on the back of decreasing food inflation and reduced energy bills - lets see

Its an easy mark down in share price for EZJ - dow down and profit taking after a good run, - add onto that the backdrop of airline pilots in short supply and higher wages being paid - its easy to walk the share price down along with many others on the ftse that have had good run of late - what is less easy to do is walk down the share on results day - factual information has to be acted upon - I am expecting the results to be good - lets see how it plays out

Nice - in the lead up to Christmas - puts MKS in a very good light when you see headlines like this -

I think the bottom may well be in with BP - the SP has risen of late with the oil price falling or staying level - the latest results were ok - maybe people starting to realise that BP is not a one trick pony dependent purely on oil, it has many more irons in the fire and with the dividend as it atm it is a no brainer buy for me

I have just cashed in 30pct of my holding at 368p Mary for an 8pct profit - will wait now for dips and top up accordingly to reduce my overall average

Barclays cuts Ocado price target to 350 (355) pence - 'underweight' - I have added at 365p

Took around 30pct of my holding off the table this morning at 387p - a double bag for me and I am more than happy with that - still some more mileage to go for MKS but will depend on the results which at this price will have to be incredibly good for the share to keep going north -

Sold all my holding at open this morning at 980p having purchased at 898 on the 10th - 8pct plus - more than happy with that
