Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Well finally the share price is going up.... accepted that the company is buying it own shares and that's the demand : ) but not a the time to sell ..!! ; ))
Trader90, you are right in ABDX pulling back after each surge, but this feels different. With the power of Tesco and SuperDrug putting faith in the ABDX, I see the product becoming the norm in the UK retailer sector and know sincerely believe a wider abroad market will appear before the year is out.
I share everyones disappointment on this investment, INOV and wrote to them recently, here's their reply for you to digest.
We share your disappointment around the performance of the shares and the level of discount to net asset value. Unfortunately, the INOV share price has not been immune to the current negative market sentiment towards listed private equity trusts and we note that the majority of trusts in our peer group are also trading at elevated discount levels. The Manager and Board have undertaken a number of initiatives of late in an attempt to improve the attractiveness of INOV to current and potential investors. These include:
1. Changing the Company's mandate from UK to global;
2. Renaming and rebranding it;
3. Introducing a continuation vote at the 2025 AGM;
4. Committing to make an amount equating to 25% of all net cash realisations from the portfolio inherited from the previous portfolio manager received between now and the 2025 AGM available to be redeployed to make share repurchases by the Company; and
5. Undertaking concerted sales and marketing campaigns aimed at attracting both retail and professional investors.

A most enjoyable upward trend over the last week, although I continue to look cautiously at the low value buys/sells. For example, Multiple purchases of 100 shares today doesn't look right to me, it was a similar trend a few weeks ago just before we had a good spike into double figures. Any suggestions ?
Pleasant surprise to see us move above 7 again today, but I can not work out the reason for most of the trades. Over the last few days there have been loads of small trades, almost pointless amounts that wouldn't make it worth the cost after trade fees. Can anyone cast a reason why ?

Steady trading start to the week, the spread has tighten up. The trade at 12:46:36hrs today 42,051 was a buy at 6.25p.
Just need to see an RNS on Thursday 6th April will a couple of the board confirming again further belief in ABDX with Director share buys.
Decent RNS, shame no mention of Ā£Ā£'s and financial details.
Chris Yates, CEO of Abingdon Health, commented: "We are really excited to be working with Senzo and supporting them in leveraging their cutting-edge lateral flow platform technology across multiple applications. We believe this strategic partnership agreement provides Senzo Health and its customers with access to Abingdon's best-in-class CDMO service to enable accelerated product development and time to market."
Great summary Agricore. Appreciated.
A positive RNS, but after such releases we normally go down ! Fingers crossed from here onwards GL Happy Christmas ; )
Lyn Rees, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "This is another strong endorsement of our progress and we are pleased to be able to support the nation's COVID testing effort. Actual value for this contract will depend on the services purchased, with no committed spend at this moment in time, but we look forward to updating shareholders on the progress over time."
