your forgetting that now we have our own Lab we can speed up the evaluation process, so expect to see more evaluations coming through too.

We have been listened to at long last, we know more news is due over the next 2-3 months, we have money for at least the next 12 months, and no more votes on raises until the next AGM, collectively we do have the power to influence things
with great news over the next 2-3 months we may be in a more accomodating mood to agree to a future raise if the share price goes to where most of us believe it should be

thats a win for us retail share holders in my book

Don’t forget that some companies where we deal shares such as HL require 5 working days to carry out the voting on your behalf, so let’s hope not too many people leave it too late to vote

this is a rare occasion that i would tend to agree with you

everyone is entitled to vote how they see fit and for the reasons that they want,
owning the shares gives everyone that right

The potential problem we have is that the recent placing could give them a 10m vote headstart if the invetors/brokers with those shares vote for in favour.

for me its a case of the BOD just haven't been transparent in their dealings, on absolutely anything we have been paying for, so before i really commit to adding any more in substantial amounts i want some proper detailed information based on facts and not promises that aren't backed up with proof.

under the current circumstances i can't vote for res 4,

if the momentum starts to swing and we see more detailed information and openness i'd be happy to revisit the vote at a future time

I think you have stated what a number of longer term holders think,
I've submitted my vote based on them not delivering anything.
I would urge every share holder to vote in the way each of you see fit, its your cash, your shares and your votes, so use them

A placing to help fund the Lab was muted and some were predicting it would be at 6p, this is at 11p and to be honest isnt far from our current selling price. it wasn't a bargain basement raise, the money will be used for a lab so we should expect a positive RNS about the LAB shortly.

Lets get behind the LAB and look forward to some revenue generation

To be fair DK all of us proper holders know who is who and what our alias’s are, the only unknown people are those that deliberately hide behind alias’s and try to confuse potential investors with misleading conspiracy theories with no substance

Depending on the cost to lease a lab, we may find that they money they will save by not outsourcing the work could potentially cover most of not all of the cost,

We did something similar in our own business and ended up saving money, it may be a similar situation here
