Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
"The two parties have agreed to a 30-day exclusivity period, which may be extended by an additional 15 days by mutual agreement, to negotiate and conduct due diligence with the aim of reaching a definitive agreement."
the DD and negotiations will take place during this exclusivity period, not in the next god knows how many month others keep spouting on about. this is from a CEO of a multi milling pound company, not some bloke named porky on a public forum,
Personally I would bet my money on the CEO Euda that has previously gone through a merger/s
DYOR and have a great day
@Porky
You clearly do not understand how mergers and acquisitions are funded, or the varied options available, in this particular case the funds are being held in trust until an acquisition or merger takes place, (this is why VAL have not been paid) these are the terms as highlighted within any prospectus of this kind. The funds are then released when the deal is executed, it is as simple as that, and doing business this way enables a quicker deal to take place and demonstrates that a company is credible before any exclusivity periods are entered into.
Please DYOR instead of ranting on hear
have a great day today
@ Porky,
DYOR, i have shared my research with other shareholders outside of this forum, you are not a shareholder, neither are a number of people on here who slate this company,
i'll give you a clue, the funding was not done in Theoremrx's name, (it never would be), it was done within a financial acquisition company that was set up in 2021 and finally funded this year with the funds held in trust for acquisitions and mergers, always DYOR, but to be fair with your valuation of the fund needing to be between $60 and $100m you are correct.
always DYOR
@ Porky
if you look hard enough you will find the money, I spent all weekend researching, you used to say DYOR, you obviously don't do that anymore, but lets face it, you won't, because it suits you as it is to trash this company in any way you can.
I very rarely post and try to ignore the noise (all noise from both sides), but now you just sound like a kid who's ran out of toys to throw out of his pram.
maybe you should spend your time researching instead of posing utter tripe
DYOR
@Porky,
you are correct, Mergers do take time, and as we know TRX have had 2 years to discuss any potential mergers, we were told that the deal with VAL was all part of a much bigger picture from early on in the process, and it was the complexity and financing which was causing the delays - we do not know how long they have been in discussions about a merger, it could be 12 months or it could be 12 weeks, - however they are discussing a merger (fact) and have made it clear funds are in place to be released upon completion of the merger (fact)
Lets wait and see what ahppens
What a load of old Tosh, a statement based on absolutely nothing at all, obviously someone working to their own individual trading agenda. if any approach at all is made by anyone an RNS would need to be released by VAL stating such a thing.
stick to the facts please
I think we will need a scientist to give a proper comment on this, but from memory CLX001 worked differently and only targeted the cancer from memory, making it different to those covered in the publication, its also noted recently that CLX001 had passed initial toxicity tests
but like i said, if we know a proper scientist who can comment then that would be better.
For clarity, we didn't buy inaphea biolabs, We set it up from scratch and were able to purchase equipment and IP from a company that went bust for £175k, (approx £3m worth).
the lab has its first contract, the official launch of the Lab is in September, I am expecting more contracts to be announced with the official launch, it would make sense to do this for maximum publicity
we are told there are a number of compounds being assessed with a view to them going to a full evaluation with Valirx, however we are awaiting official announcements as and when new evaluations are taken on.
I'll be going to Spain on an NLV, but will probably get bored and become self employed after the first year, i know it costs to be self employed there but at least i'll keep my sanity by doing something
With one potential offtake partner testing the material we may now see others speed up their interest in Amistoq for fear of missing out on this world class asset, this can only be a very positive step
RHD1, PM is posting some of Porky's old posts just to show what Porky is like and the massive mistakes he made with 4D. Porky does not have a very good track record at all and shouldn't be listened to.
Always do your own research and make your investment decision based on your research alone
Voting everyone off the BOD apart from 1 person will cause the share price to drop significantly, so you will not see large share holders (like me) voting for Armageddon, the best way to make changes that will be of benefit would be to start with 1 or 2 and then work from there if needed keeping a stable board in place to run the business.
some people want Armageddon so they can just buy in cheap and make a quick profit, everyone on here knows who they are.
I neither ramp nor deramp, I just make my own decisions based on what's in front of me,
Have a great week
