i followed the crumbs and comprehensively ruled out over 40 companies that raised funds via maxim group over the last couple of years, its another way of identifying things, ie: if you know one company arranged it, and you can then go through everything arranged by that company (maxim group), categorically rule out companies it will leave you with a company/s that you can not rule out, and in this case there was only one.

then its a case of following the names and the money and joining up all the dots, (i am still doing this and am now down to companies invested in the investors). and when you start digging you find more and more. follown the news and the information in the public domian

That said the purpose of the SPAC is to be able to raise money upfront without naming the companies you are targeting/involved with.

i would advise everyone to do their own research and not make any decisions based on what I or the likes of Porky says.

Hi, someone keeps saying that funds can’t be raised and will take ages to do so and even longer to list a company, and none of this can be done before a merger can be completed, what twaddle that is

well, just to confirm from an independent source that the funds were raised in March and put into trust as part of the SPAC IPO, prospectus conditions and the company was listed,
