We all certainly need to listen to the experts here, especially those experts that have a substantial financial stake in VAL, unlike some of the doomsters of unknown identity

I know who I would rather listen to and trust

It's fantastic news, and 60% holding, a steady news flow will send the value of this company and the work it does to a level it deserves to be at

I see this as another step in the right direction in preparation for more substantial news to come

some of your answers are already in the public domain, but a couple of the answers to your questions are not, your best bet would be to email VAL with your questions, i'm sure you will get a quick reply as they welcome shareholder enquiries and questions.

The speed this share goes up when it wants to never surprises me, and with good news potentially due any day this is likely to explode

i bought some tomapork chops from morrisons, they were huge, just like the SP will be when the 201 deal is done

Val can't raise enough cash through issuing shares for a lab unless the share price rises significantly, or shareholders vote to allow Val to issue more shares than agreed at the AGM, so we will not see your predicted low prices of 6-7p as we will vote against it. its going to cost a significant amount for a lab, so its either a raise using the shares voted for at a high price, shareholders voting for a much lower SP (probably won't happen), or VAL borrowing the money to purchase a lab as its already generating enough revenue to cover the loan repayments. (possible II)

for the board to be happy with those options they must know the deal will be done for 201, this is great news with a new board appointment too,
