The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
We all certainly need to listen to the experts here, especially those experts that have a substantial financial stake in VAL, unlike some of the doomsters of unknown identity
I know who I would rather listen to and trust
@Porky,
some of your answers are already in the public domain, but a couple of the answers to your questions are not, your best bet would be to email VAL with your questions, i'm sure you will get a quick reply as they welcome shareholder enquiries and questions.
I'm Looking forward to the Q&A, I hope all those that are critical will have asked Adam to ask, or will be there themselves asking questions they have, Otherwise if your not willing to ask for the answers you seek its pointless moaning and speculating.
that said, i've got some more cash ready and waiting to buy a few more when i think the time is right to add to what i've already got

the Cenkos brokers update from earlier this month is quite clear in that it forecasts money coming in from THx this financial year FY22,
" from the out licensing of VAL201 to TheoremRx. If executed, this deal would generate $2.2m (c. £1.85m) over the next two years, bringing the closing cash balances for FY22E and FY23E "
RB, he tries to hurt shareholders by trying to drive the price down, he's missed the boat hear for now, but we all know even if people load up now they will gain as and well the deals are confirmed going forward.
@porky,
Val can't raise enough cash through issuing shares for a lab unless the share price rises significantly, or shareholders vote to allow Val to issue more shares than agreed at the AGM, so we will not see your predicted low prices of 6-7p as we will vote against it. its going to cost a significant amount for a lab, so its either a raise using the shares voted for at a high price, shareholders voting for a much lower SP (probably won't happen), or VAL borrowing the money to purchase a lab as its already generating enough revenue to cover the loan repayments. (possible II)
that's my take on it,
but 6-7p, come on don't try to fool people, your more intelligent than this surely?
some of the posts here to make me chuckle, we have people moaning about everything and wonder why the SP is remaining low, try a shed load of positivity and see what happens,
If people are moaning then sell up and get out because if you keep moaning here you'll just prolong your agony
Alternatively be positive and when the SP gets to a level where you can either minimise your losses or break even then sell up then,
We are where we are, we can't change that and moaning about it will just make it harder to change.
I'm feeling positive about the future, if I can then anyone can
