Rainbow Rare Earths Phalaborwa project shaping up to be one of the lowest cost producers globally. Watch the video here.
@porky
When I read the cellos report I am under the impression that the cash burn figures of £350k per quarter included for 3 assessments a year (I will read it again later) so we should be ok for now, I agree we will know the true figures when the accounts are published, however I am unconcerned for the long term
For any potential investor please read the RNS’s and official reports to enable you to make your own assessment of how a company is run and performs, do not make an investment decision based on what I or anyone else says on a forum,
Just loook at and assess the facts yourself first
@darth
Exeter is my nearest one, it’s a woodland site, I do Bristol too at cribs causeway and their portishead sites
I go to ground zero occasionally, but definitely the airsoft festival they have there
They are all a great laugh
so, it sounds like some people would take a deal at any cost then rather than walk away, i reckon some of the same people moaning now would likely moan about a deal if it were done and be saying PC should have walked away as the deal wasn't good enough.
@cobalt
TheoremRX, as you well know are a new startup biotech in America specifically set up to take Val201 through clinical trials, and eventually to market for specific indication/s, As its a start up information is not readily available, however the names we have been given (chairman & CEO) are very reputable people with track records in taking drugs through trials and to market along with raising the finance to do so,
once the deal is complete there will be a website that will give us further information and insight into the company, people and their intended activities.
This way of operating is normal in the US. but i think this has been discussed before and you may have missed it, but currently that is about as much as is currently in the public domain
personally i'm comfortable with the current position of both companies, that's why i'm invested here, that said it is up to each person to decide if this is an investment for them by researching as much as possible, then making a decision.
They are very positive statements, I very much doubt these people would allow their comments to be published like this if they were not confident that this will go through
We are still on course for the deal, I am still not selling my 1% stake in VAL, I’m in this for the next few years just like the other LTH’s,
Long term means long term, not short term gain like the traders want
@ southern
i doubt any funds will be raised for a lab until the deal is done, it would probably go hand in hand and one won't happen without the other
I am still confident the deal will be done that's why i'm still fully loaded hear and looking forward to the next couple of years
It would seem long term holders are not concerned but short term traders are more concerned/trying to manipulate the price lower by causing uncertainty
after listening to this i think it'll be at least 12 months before any kind of deal on CS unless the old CRMC comes back to the table,
I haven't posted since the setback, however i am still holding onto my shares as I still see PC agreeing a deal that will be in the interests of its share holders, (he being one of the largest share holders too). albeit it may take a little longer than expected.
When I invest my money its on the basis of making a return, yes, but it's also an investment in the staff and assets of the company, if I am unhappy with either then I simply don't invest or sell up if my sentiment changes.
I know I probably don't have as many shares as some people do, but 10M is a lot to me, yes i'm down, but happy to patiently wait it out for now
the asset has not been reduced and the staff are still there and so are numerous potential customers as far as i'm concerned
the samples have to be analysed by a specialist company, this company is based in australia, the samples were shipped (as there are a lot of them weighing a hell of a lot)
the shipping alone can take between 3 and 6 months depending on capacity availability, this was explained following the end of the drilling program, what is encouraging is that so far they have stuck to the timelines they have previously stated when it comes to activity and processes
its great to see the SP increasing again, there's still a fair way to go to get to where I believe it should be, it will be choppy for the next week or so as we edge closer to the signing of a deal. However i do belive we will eventually have shares in a truly valuable company when if even one of our products/compounds makes it to market..
I'm still happily holding on to my stake
@gameplayer
as a long term holder how come we have never heard of you before,
I think you are maybe telling porkies with your negative comments to try and lower the SP to get in lower, naughty naughty lol
@Porky
Thanks for your reply, from memory the forecasts within the report do allow for 3 compounds to be assessed each year at these costs, however if they do more then the forecasts are wrong,
For what it’s worth I am still quietly confident it will all work out well for all of us invested in VAL
@Porky
you are incorrect in your statement that we will be in deficit at the end of the year if a deal is done, this is a fact and you are trying to spin things,
you should read page 45 which is the forecast after the deal is done, not page 44 which is the forecast is a deal is not done.
the reference to an overdraft was also mentioned, yes you a re correct in this aspect, however you are omitting the statement relevent to the overdraft which was that this was only used for illustration purposes only to show the figures as if a deal was not done.
you are very good at using snips of information to your advantage but by doing that you mislead other people who have not read the document, clearly you haven't read page 45 yet
@Porky,
your comment "Even with Theo deal over the line they are scheduled to make a financial loss of £654k to the end of this year. "
this is a blatant lie, this would be the position if a deal was not done, the position at the end of this financial year will be positive to the tune of £748K when the deal is done, you are trying to mislead investors yet again, especially those that have not read the details you refer to, try reading the Cenkos report properly if you are going to comment on it. and state the facts as they are published,
it's such a shame because on some occasions you do give some good factual information that has been officially published
