HL said the shares would be held from the Canadian stock exchange as they are listed and traded there, these would appear in my HL Sipp that I could then trade in the normal way

This is the message i got from HL regarding my shares

"If approved, the offer will complete on 13 September 2024. The cash and shares will be credited to your SIPP on or around 1 October 2024 and 2 October 2024 respectively. If you want to sell your shares before it completes, you’ll need to do so before the end of the day on 12 September 2024. If you’d like to sell your shares you can place a trade"

1st October we get the dividend and the energy fuel shares as i understand it form the time lines in the RNS's

shareholders have made it clear we do not want Suzy on the BOD, and this compromise has been made to ensure a smoother transition as possible, however if it becomes obvious they start to pee us around we will take action with her immediate removal through a req and then just have to ride the turbulence out

Its also worth noting that come June at the GM all shareholders will have the opportunity to vote on any new members/positions that are appointed to the BOD.

It’s worth noting that the two new NED’s that have been RNS’d by VAL have not yet been appointed, and the notifications came out after the requisition was submitted, if the two proposed NED’s by Val are subsequently appointed resolution 7 if voted through will make their tenures very short lived indeed

Andrew has failed in his role which was to get the "lab generating revenue in the near term" as RNS's, this was even before the imogen assets were purchased.

Gareth has brought nothing to VAL in my eyes other than his ability to try and continue with his original pet project that is the biobank, imogen went bust because it costed too much and couldn't make or raise money. Dilly seems to think she can do it with our money instead.

the strategy for the lab should have been followed through as it was originally intended and not have a change of focus to a biobank that is unlikely to deliver without even more investment.

They say they have a strategy which they keep telling us about, but what i want to see is a clear business plan with a clear route and timescale to revenue generation with revenue forecasts.

We are assuming that the issue is with a large number of the shares being held in nominee accounts by a number of the signatories to the requisition, The share holdings and rights will be confirmed by the institutions prior to re-submitting the requisition. The number of shares held by the signatories far exceed the minimum 5% required.

Scouse, this is a possibility and the moment there is a sniff of this happening the SP will rocket increasing the value of the company, any sale of VAL to the merged company will require the votes of its shareholders, and the majority of shareholders with enough shares to swing things will require more than the current SP just to break even. so yes its a possibility but not at the current SP

If JW was here to ramp (and he may well have been) just to get the sp up then he has failed in that brief, the SP had already risen to 12.75 before he appeared, (this was on the news of the website going live and the announcement of the proposed merger, it’s now sitting at 12.75 still

As for your other post, I think I’m right in saying DYOR and don’t invest based on what I or anyone else posts on this forum,

As for the merger, I think we should leave this to the experts who are negotiating this and wait and see what the outcome is along with the outcome of the finances without keep speculating about them.

Keep researching for yourselves people, and make your own minds up

The 30 days was announced in the news articles, it will no doubt be more specific in the LOI which we are not privy to

Personally I took it as 30 working days, and said as much on here a few weeks back but kind of got over ruled by others

That said I am unsure if they have to announce the additional 15 days as they mentioned but eh news that they could take another 15 days if needed

Even after everything that’s happening now the fact remains that the merger is either being discussed or decided as I type

personally I would be surprised if VAL send out an RNS before the merger is officially confirmed/extended (or canned as the case may be)by EUDA and Theoremrx, so I am not expecting one first thing this morning (but I could be wrong just like you could be wrong)
