Voting everyone off the BOD apart from 1 person will cause the share price to drop significantly, so you will not see large share holders (like me) voting for Armageddon, the best way to make changes that will be of benefit would be to start with 1 or 2 and then work from there if needed keeping a stable board in place to run the business.

some people want Armageddon so they can just buy in cheap and make a quick profit, everyone on here knows who they are.

I think the number of likes demonstrates just how many people are waiting in the wings for positive news,

the figures are based on known information, VAL would have to sign off on the cenkos report prior to publication, if the numbers were far out then these would have been amended prior to publication, so they will be these kind of values but not exact.

fair point, however i've just gone through all of Stella's comments in communications and she has said no such thing about a 2 year cash runway, I think you must have heard that elsewhere

how can Stella have said that comment on 31st July when she started with VAL in October 22, we haven't had a July yet where she has been working for VAL

to be fair, much that we don't like Cenkos, their cashflow forecasts have been relatively accurate since they have come on board, and the 10k per month income, whilst it was mentioned in previous notes is not factored into any of these estimates.

do Val have to confirm the brokers note content before it can be sent out or is it just sent out?

if the report that Porky keeps referring to is correct then we will still have cash going into 2024 with the lab also generating revenue, all looks good long term to me

that is a great insight into what goes on with toxicology, i would suggest this level of detail in a way that can be understood should go into every RNS.

we should only really comment on what is in RNS's as this is factual documented information

and rightly so, it is a good positive RNS that clearly lays out what VAL are doing and where we are heading

From porkys post below (cenkos) admin costs have increased by 200k and equipment has cost 350k, this doesn’t include the savings of approx 200k they won’t be paying to an external lab, so all is looking good to me

I read and remember everything, unfortunately I don’t remember wages for the lab costing that much, infact I do remember the bulk of the costs being offset by savings from not outsourcing the work on existing evaluations which have already been costed for
