Hi, someone keeps saying the funds have not been raised and will take ages to do so and list the company,

well, just to confirm from an independent source that the funds were raised in March and put into trust as part of the SPAC IPO, prospectus conditions and the company was listed

please DYOR research before investing, and more importantly please don't take investment advice from people on open forums,

They would be foolish to try and re-negotiate with VAL as the whole model is based on having the compounds, so VAL would be in a strong position as TRX want the merger. and of course, if anything was happening VAL would need ot RNS it, so this is just mere speculation

The money will be released when the merger is complete, this money can then be used for a variety of things, but nothing can be used until the merger takes place, at the point of the merger the money can be classed as TRX’s and EUDA’s subsidiary company’s

Until then it is the investors money held in trust

This is why TRx have not had the cash to pay VAL so far

Interest is used as income to cover costs while it’s held in trust, why don’t you read the whole 200 odd pages rather than take a snippet and put a negative spin on it.

This 12 month period can be extended by a further 3 months if the investors agree

That’s correct TWC, but others dot seem to be able to grasp that this is how it is done and money can be held in trust, the caveat is that the funds need to be used within 12 months from when they were raised

I must admit, I am tempted, however the behaviour of porky going on the attack at theorem and euda merger news direct to Euda is an embarrassment to normal people on here and I really don’t want him doing the same to the investors, it’s as simple as that

For clarity the initial funds raised were in excess of $60m for 6m shares with the option to release a further 150m shares into the market for future opportunities should further funds be required. only posting to correct the figure mentioned earlier

there is enough info in my post for anyone willing to spend their time looking to find it, they can then make their own minds up, I’m not telling anyone to invest, that’ll be their decision, unlike yourself advising people to avoid this company.

I think I’ll keep my research private within the telegram shareholder group for now as I wouldn’t want to be accused of ramping or trying to influence others to buy into VAL,

It’s best everyone on hear not in the shareholder group does their own research

I used the Info given by Jwallows, who may or may not know what’s going on, but from the 8i link he mentioned last week, and the company that arranged their financing (maxim group) I was able to find a list of all the prospectus they had issued over the last few years, I literally went through everyone of them on Sunday being able to dismiss all but one of them, personally I think it’s the one, and funding has been achieved this year, and the timings are consistent with trx activity (it may just be a Co-incidence of course) There is enough information I’ve just posted for those interested to spend some time and research this for themselves. I posted my findings in the TG group for comment, then late on Monday JW mentioned a name that is contained within the same prospectus . Which if JW is genuinely in the know confirms things

I can only say that if JW is on an elaborate ramp it would have been much easier for him/her to just ramp the share to the enth degree like others have done in the past using the info he had, unless of course he can’t directly reveal information, and of course if on a hoax then how would he/she know about the document prior to me finding it with the info he/she supplied,

It took me literally hours of reading to find it

I see DH has already tried to discredit me lol, using posts I made last week, just in case I have found the right document, not the posts I put up yesterday and today in the TG group, all I’d say is I’m happy with my research, and happy for people to know my name, unlike a lot of others hiding behind false identities, use your real name and gain some credibility and own your own comments

I’ll post my findings later, or maybe tomorrow and people can make up their own minds, I don’t ramp or de ramp, never have done, just research and invest, so have a good evening, it’s been a busy day
