if they need more time they would have to RNS it as soon as they determine that to be the case,
the last two deadlines i was sceptical as i have been involved with funding previously (not on aim) and it can take an absolute age to finalise, i am a little more confident with this current deadline,

Either way i have no intention of selling anything, in fact once there is some clarity going forward i am likely to add to my holding

What have you heard from the powers that be?

The SP really depends on what else is contained within the announcement of the deal being signed, ie: we know that VAL have been contracted to work with THX since November to help set up the clinical trials, so if the deal is announced along with the details of the trial and that it’s about to start along with numbers etc then the SP could go anywhere

If it’s just the deal that’s announced then my best guess would be approx 50-60p,

That will suit some and not others, but it is only my humble opinion, either way I am not selling as want to see this through for a few years,

i think the DJ has brought all his groupies along with him

RE: cash burn,
at the end of the last financial year (sept 2021) sunrise had approx 398k in the bank, their losses for that year were £338k, so if they have similar expenditure to last year they are likely to run out of cash without cash from a deal or a placing in November 2022 by my calculations.

A lot was riding on the deal we walked away from, but lets face it, i'd rather he did that than get a bad deal, and on a positive note we now have more people bidding for the same product that is only increasing in value.

I intend to continue holding my shares to see how things pan out

it wasn't possible to go onto the list previously unless you have been in production for 6 months but they have relaxed the rules recently to allow us to go onto it,

it's worth noting that transport infrastructure is only one possible market too, once on the list the product becomes more marketable in this part of the industry, its a positive that the rules have changed to allow this,

Another positive update and step in the right direction, although it would have been good to get an idea of how long this will take to go through the approval process

It would be worth your while listening to, and watching these sessions before you make any investment decisions,

Always do your own research thoroughly, you should never take advice from unknown people on forums as different people have different agendas

if this is the original CRMC then maybe the deal could be quicker than some think, lets wait and see how it pans out

i'm happily sitting on my stack of shares for the next couple of years, i will also look to add more over this time period as the business progresses
there will be ups and downs along the way but i'm not too concerned for the longterm

i'm hanging around for the deal and then i may even stay invested for a while longer, it depends how the deal is structured

I would tend to agree, it’s only a fraction away from the ask price

@Teamhanz, there will be an RNS this week, from memory I think the deadline for last years accounts is due (but i could be wrong)
it's worth remembering when the accounts do come that there is nothing on them regards cashflow/cashburn that we do not already know.

I'm patiently waiting for the VAL to do the business and do not intend to part with any shares for at least a couple of years as the potential here is phenomenal
