Guesstimation - I doubt anyone is objecting to a takeover but it has to be at a fair price ! Most posters on here as well as Cavendish seem to consider the proposed deal to be wide of the mark. I suggest that you read the patents .

K3 - I think even at seven pence we would be giving the company away . As you rightly say the price has been driven down to get expectations lowered. The fact that Fiserv has made a bid means that FINKit is considered a viable technology. If the IBM / Lloyds deal depends on FINkit or makes it more profitable then Monitise should be in a very good bargaining position . Finally,don't forget the patents £££££
