WOF - I am not sure that it can be said that Monitise has failed ! FISERV would not want to acquire us,if that were the case ! The reasons why the directors support the takeover are set out on page 13 of the takeover documentation - https://monitisecontent.com/group/Scheme%20Document.pdf That may be all well and dandy ! However, what I find curious is that the reasons for the acquisition come prior to the reasons for the disposal ! Logically , if the document were prepared by Monitise ,you would expect it to be the other way round ! So, I suspect FIserv's dabs are all over the documentation ! Don't get me wrong - a takeover may well be in the interest of Monitise's shareholders ; but it has to be at the right price! FISERV NEED US ! It is now a case of who blinks first !

K3.- I have learnt, from bitter experience, to take what directors say at an AGM, with a pinch of salt ! So ,nothing unusual there ! So, what do you think about this Capability and Innovation Fund and its potential for FINKit ?
