You are quite correct Seeon.The odds are completely stacked against Fiserv to win this vote . They cannot simply secure a majority vote .That will not suffice ! And it is simply down to those that cast their votes at the meeting or provide a proxy vote ! The curious thing is where did ODDO and MVN appear from; as if by magic !

All of this ignores FINKit which is supposed to be the saviour of the company ! As I posted earlier , the intellectual property rights of FINKit would be protected by copyright ! So,if you produce a drawing of a software product that is protected in the same way as a musical composition ! None of this is disclosed or valued in the company accounts ,which is standard practice ,as it was produced internally and not purchased ! Just look at the intentions of Fiserv to utilise FINKit ,as stated in the takeover documentation ! This will start to make them a fortune after 18 months ! We are truly being robbed !

I think you are right Picstock . If anyone else was interested,they would have shown their hand by now . Possibly early next week ,but otherwise that's it ! The only other possibility is a break up of the company . If the financial institutions see this as a viable alternative then we will see a NO vote . Fiserv are playing a dangerous game ; unless they know for sure,that the outcome is guaranteed !

This is just a statement of his holding which is required if you hold 1 per cent plus of the total shareholding. I suspect with that size of holding ,he is as p..d off as most of us, with the offer price ! Time is running out for a larger bid to appear !
