You are west mids if I remember correctly, I am East Midlands, we are still very busy and it’s looking like the rates are increasing slowly ( brickwork wise) .

But I must admit the inexperienced site agents are costing us money and time, but what gets my goat is their arrogance that they think they are god and cannot take criticism, but they know how to kiss backsides!

The funny thing is they don’t realise there jobs on the line if they don’t get the numbers done in time!

But hey ho what do we know, we have only got 35yrs experience each and they have a degree!

But you can’t build houses if no one will come to your site as the agent is finding out now, our boss is having to promise the earth to get people to go on there!😂

That 62 mill is UT. Simply not a real trade.

There are lots of em.

Look out for the large trades with 'O' for example, that 1.2 mill sold at 12.65 is quite large.

I would think if somebody was selling 62 million , the sp would be nearer 100p or lower

Was thinking of taking a position in TW until I saw several large SELLS going through yesterday including one for 62 million.

I think that the market thinks that the Government's new housebuilding plans are not achievable. If it did we would have seen a good bounce in property shares such as TW.
