Check Companies House, Guardian Global Security Ref No 06370792. Delayed accounts now published showing that there are some shareholders who are prepared to support, financially with perhaps a reverse takeover into C4 Energy pte ltd, where Jay Bhattacherjee is a director interestingly.
Its all sounding more interesting for us long term share holders.

Ok so an update. In a nutshell. Brokers HAVE NOT yet been told or confirmed this will be listing on main market!! As it stands it is possible it will be “OTC” which means it will be reviewed on a case by case basis if legacy shareholders will be able to trade, this would be complicated as each investor would have to find away to buy/sell shares over the counter.

BUT they are looking into it, and looking at recent RNS it would appear they will list on the main market ( London stock exchange ) and if that is the case then your shares should be automatically updated and tradable upon re list.

I recommend anyone unsure should call their broker as I did. I’ve had my name out down to be notified of the situation as it develops and they are aware of it.

However as it stands, the legally binding finalisation of being registered and administered to the London Stock Exchange has not yet been approved or done.. I think they are being cautious to say anything until things are set In stone so to speak.
