If I remember correctly this co. was an Australian start-up which attracted Cambridge brains several years ago. They must have seen something there to inspire that interest. It’s just gone sideways since in value.

If you go on their website and the h1 investor letter this is mentioned, clearly just bought some more to get them.over the %.

Some serious directors buys going through, not a weeks salary either.

Borrowings are related party to the director who is currently buying, they are at acceptable levels and not crippling the company in any way.

Balance sheet isnt the strongest, but doesnt need to be with upfront payments etc.

Key is conversion of additional revenue to profit (80% plus) here from the current point where they are breakeven - I think the directors have sight of good numbers from partners which they have alluded to as well as moves from other competitors EOL of their products.
