He has reduced his working hours to 20% I believe him. Where he got his massive director fees from was mug PIs. That money has now dried up. If he keeps the company listed, where is he going to get the £300k annual listing fees from? If he was going to use ENET for a follow-on company surely the path to take is administration, then steal the (worthless) IPs according to you.

That applies to every single AIM director that is lining their pockets with mug PI money. You see if the company is bust or going bust over the next few months there really was no point in submitting the annual accounts when he could have used the opportunity to have the stock suspended and then delisted. Are you beginning to see the light now?

I’m also waiting for an update from DL The market cap is £317K the same cost as the annual listing perhaps even less. All DL can raise now is £150k at 0.001p with £50k of that going on fees. There is no logical or financial reason to keep the company alive if it was going bust over the next few months. The exit strategy should and would have been the delayed annual results followed by suspension then delisting six months later. What’s the point in keeping on the nomad, auditors, brokers, solicitors etc for a busted company when the fees to them is greater than the market cap?.

There is only one reason DL didn’t pull the plug on 30/06/2026 he is expected a turnaround with a rerating in the share price that will allow for the exercise of warrants at 0.004p in the coming months.
