RE: 30th June 2026. The Final Countdown.17 Jun 2026 13:24
ExMS - Faster and cheaper networking is at the very heart of the AI revolution. Power consumption and heat generation are the two major drawbacks to the expansion of AI datacentres. For all the lies, deceptions and downright fraudulent statements the company has made over the years the patent granted in November 2025 directly addresses this issue. The patent was first filed in June 2022 it has taken three years and not without good reason for the US Patent Office to allow the patent. The patent must meet two criteria to be allowed. Firstly, it must be novel, the first of its kind and secondly the Patent Office must consider the patent contributes to the industry it addresses. Both criteria have been met. The patent does not necessarily mean commercial success, but its granting would not have escaped the attention of the telecom/network industry. I believe the company is telling the truth when it says it has been working with Tier 1 industry partners, but no contracts have been signed yet. These things take time. It’s still less than a year since the patent has been granted. No contracts could have been signed prior to November 2025 as patent protection was not guaranteed, it is now.
As for the company delisting or going into administration to funnel the patent into private concerns I don’t altogether agree. Whilst listed the company may still has access to other people’s money for free, something no company gives up lightly and this company is one of them that’s why the lasting placing was at 0.004p a price you need an electronic microscope to see.
