Since resigned April 14th 2025

I can see it was expected to complete on 31st March, and if it did, would have expected a confirmation RNS.

Have I missed an announcement saying the acquisition of Zero Carbon Group is finalised? Not sure it is what stated somewhere in a previous RNS?

I haven't got a price target as such, depends on what acquisitions are made etc. I just believe this will multi bag over the next few years!

I notice Bob has become chairman of another energy services company, so based on history (i.e. Cosgrove and Drew) this company may be a potential future (large) acquisition.

I also noticed on companies house that Earnz are now listed as person with significant control of Zero Carbon Group Ltd, with Peter and Elizabeth as directors, so looks like the acquisition has completed and expect an RNS on this soon.

Based on the boards stated growth strategy and while things are quiet, does anybody have any personal price targets for the next 2 or 3 years that they’d like to share?

Personally think £1 isn’t out of the question within 2 years
