Well i just topped up with 750,000. As i understand it the directors can decide as to when they draw down on the ATM and also may not draw the total amount ever. Think that is correct

With the 120 million extra shares to be issued that will make about 800 million shares in issue at 0.3p that makes a market cap of about £2.4 million. That seems to cheap if my calculation is right

PR1 bought the 450 k this morning m/c way to low for a tech company that should be turning over £ 2 million this Year

Yes could have easily offloaded today nice and orderly as i said cleared the decks for the rest of the week
