Any thoughts on the two recent debt facilities. 8M followed by 3M in a short space of time seems unusual to me and at 12% interest, gives the impression of crisis management?

I would think a delist is the likely outcome but they won't want lots of shareholders in a private company so would likely bid for the stock.

Looks Like Pollen Street capital bidding for Matiloi Woods is the trigger here. Makes sense they would then wrap this into to it too. But does that represent a risk of delisting rather than making a high bid?

Kingswood a lift. Really can't understand the substantial fall here and anything that turns it around us very welcome!

Given the volume of convertible preference shares that are converting, surely this stock is likely to be delisted by the largest shareholder?
