Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash offer for Codemasters Group Holdings (UK, constituent) by Codex Games Limited (non constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

 

Codemasters Group Holdings (UK, BFWZ2G7) will be deleted from the FTSE AIM 100 Index.

 

BOKU INC (UK, BF0GJW7) will be added to the FTSE AIM 100 Index.

 

All changes are effective from 18 February 2021.

am Imissing something here- who is buing still and the spis above ther offer price - w2hat does it mean anyone who knows these matters please!

I hope I had it wrong last time. I think they are offering me 200% on my initial shares, and I get the the profit I have made in 8 months off these shares, which is 145%, so hoping I am right, I will have done quite well for 8 months, 345% up ???

Why r people still buying not to make a few penny’s per share

Don't accept then, and hope more than half the shareholders agree with you. As it's recommended by management though, the chance of this is between very slim and none. Take your profit and move on would be my tip.
