JPMorgan Indian Share Price (JII)

New all time high today break above 3/1/25 high of 1074, on good volume. The average true range measure of volatility value was 19 on 19/5/25, which is greater then the difference between latest sp, and the 3/1/25 high of 3/1/25. If sp retraces to look for support, conjecture maybe between 1058(midpoint of last price bar), to the 3/1/25 high of 1074, so range 1058-1074. Volatility based Bollinger bands are separating so fast sp movement seems likely.

JII, was second highest riser in the sector today, but it's spread is much less than it's Monday sp rise %, compared with the top riser. DYOR

Have bought back (plus a little more) the shares that sold in August. While this might give the illusion that I am a trader, I am not. With a change of President in the US which has had the initial reaction of uplift in US. With the proposal for tariffs drawing closer, the impact will be far reaching for many. I suspect that as India is now the 4th most important market in the world, just behind Singapore, it will be pushing to take 3rd spot in the next couple of years. Market returns should be better than average if that comes to pass.

I've taken some of my capital off the table today to allow profits to run. I now need to tweak my portfolio to increase yield from 1.8% to 3% not only to protect capital but provide income in retirement. Total capital return remains my target (13.25% compound growth has been achieved) but a few subtle changes over the next 18 months should allow my target yield to improve and have minimal effect on annual return.

My hunch was correct. It seems that India IS the developed country with the fastest growing economy. Yet to translate to the SP in this trust but early yet.
