Cheques will be dispatched to Scheme Shareholders holding Scheme Shares in certificated form and the CREST accounts of Scheme Shareholders holding Scheme Shares in uncertificated form will be credited within 14 days of today's date.

Trying to sell for 750p for over a week , suspended today on 750p take over , money in 14 days .
Made a profit of 60% in money out and in over ownership . ( 4 years )

That escalated quickly, LDG is managed and mostly owned by DBAY so they went from buying ~2% of the company to making a cash offer for the whole thing.

Congrats to the holders.

This has been a great hold for me. Looks like we’re reaching the end of the line as a listed business, and I’ll be cashing out with a very tidy profit.
