Removal of shares from the UK Settlement System.

Following the communication we sent to you in March 2026, we have received notification that Loyalward Group (Loyalward) Ordinary shares are no longer eligible to be held within the UK Settlement System.

The Registrars will maintain a record of your holdings under our nominee name. They may issue share certificates. If they do, we will hold them on your behalf.

If you held your shares in a ShareBuilder account, we have transferred the shares to your Share Dealing account, rounding up any fractional shares you held.

As Loyalward shares are not trading on a Recognised Exchange, they no longer meet HMRC requirements to be held in an ISA. If you held the shares in an ISA, we have moved these to your Share Dealing (non-ISA) account.

If we receive any distributions or further information from the Company, we'll let you know at that time. However, there can be no certainty that any distributions will be made.

The new name of the Company is Loyalward Group plc.

Your new holding LOYALWARD GROUP ORD GBP0.01 shares.

We can confirm that Minoan Group has changed its name. This change followed the transfer of the interests in the 'Minoan' name as part of a corporate disposal.

The Name Change became effective on 23rd January 2026.
