Three things Junior - yes this time it could be different.

- the repeated pattern as described by Chatmandu has been going on for 20 years.

- - finish on a positive - yes the JV appears to be going well - Colin had a lorry with a drill rig on the back - hey up mate - can you drill us some holes, yes says Colin but I need my usual pound of flesh. No problem, when can you start - oh straight away. Excellent - what shall we tell the punters - the usual says Colin - as little as possible but enough to keep them dangling. Righto says Leon - now where else can I raise some money?

Why do we have a vote for a dilution for interest in Molefe but we as shareholders will not have drilling results or LC presentation before this vote. So that we can determine is this dilution worth the risk and shouldn't we be charging them a premium?

This same trick was applied with the sale of the PGM business and they did not release the financial until after the sale cause then shareholders would see they were left with the copper debt of the business and that their was no excess capital and sold the PGM business at a loss.

Information on progress is coming in drips but begging for shareholder hand outs is met with efficiency

From this point in time, the only way I can sensibly look at it is forward, rather than backward‑only:

What cash‑generating assets are actually in place now?

What concrete steps are being taken to turn Molefe plus Sable into a proper hub‑and‑spoke copper business (drilling, JORC, mine development, logistics, plant optimisation)?

Do they start under‑promising and over‑delivering on those, or repeat the same mistake?

If Molefe ends up just another “next big thing” that drifts, then your warning will have been spot on. But it’s not a law of nature that every new phase has to follow the same pattern, and I’d rather judge this one on whether they execute against a smaller number of core projects than on the marketing history alone. In addition, independent validation and no doubt potential valuation from the new investor on Molefe is a significant development, and the JV seems to be going at a rapid pace with great results so far.

The company pivots / narrative changes every 18 months. IMHO that's a major red flag for investors.

There's always a 'game changing' carrot being dangled for true believers to latch onto - but nothing ever seems to be delivered. The narrative then changes and previous 'game changers' are quietly forgotten as the company pivots into the next big thing.

This type of behaviour has been observed many times in a certain type of investment. People will have to draw their own conclusions.

I agree with everything you have said Junior.

If I may paraphrase: LWP is there, Roan is a supporting act, Molefe etc is why we continue to hold shares despite an appalling track record on copper delivery.
