Despite what YOU think I have just under 3 mill shares. I bought at multiples of today's price. I have sold about 250k shares within the last few weeks.

I had over the years bought the dip on the dip on the dip. Believing Leon whenever he spewed out his wild claims, that have subsequently proven to have been unattainable at the time.

I have lost a lot of money on paper, and as I have previously stated, I have held only because of fomo. Of course I am reluctant to close out my position.

When I look back over Leons wild claims (when appearing on the various platforms and RNS over the last few years) it only hurts when I laugh.

It is not the members on this platform that don't agree with your views, that you should be concerned about.

It is the management of Jubilee that has overseen an 85% decline in the share price.

Only they can fix it.

Not some uber positive spin by a few members here. That won't cut it anymore.

Jubilees success is like a mirage. We can see it but its always just out of reach.

And here we are.

At the start of ANOTHER financial year.

The oracle of Molefe (JuniorL) seems to have gone silent. He appeared to have a lot of info on the project, and was focused on putting a very positive spin on it.

Has he been fired or is his silence due to some or other disappointing development?

The share price is down 85% over the last 5 years.

I've been waiting for good news for most of that time.

Jubilee management missed the Pt boom cycle and have yet to experience any benefit from the current Cu boom.

I keep hoping for some positive news thats going to break the endless cycle of disappointments from Leon.

My hopes and dreams for Jubilee are fading fast.

The only winner here has been Leon Coertzer. For him its been a lifestyle company of Note. Unaffected by the collapse in the share price on his watch. Massive salary, millions of free shares and while overseeing multiple failures.

It seems Molefe is the last roll of the dice and what is concerning is that the "oracle of molefe"

Not sure if you heard that they borrowed $1m from a "private investor," and had wanted to ISSUE shares in leuei of repayment.

Maybe you also missed that Coertzer has issued a couple hundred million shares SINCE we sold SA ops, and after stating we were sufficiently capitalized for Zambia, AND that there would be no more dilution. Thereafter he immediately issueing shares for feedstock for Roan and another wagon load as payment for the LWP!! Claiming of course it was in the agreement, and that the suppliers were very happy to "pay" more than the market price!!

Issuing shares for stock means we pay for the stock indefinitely.

The initial Roan agreement was to "catchup on lost production" after the power issue. We never have caught up on production and also never reverted to the original model. Just paying more for less output.

Similar process with GLR. We gave up a chunk for $700k.

BTW I've noticed that the "Oracle of Molefe" (JuniorL) has suddenly gone silent. His bosses have either had no good news to give him, or he is with Coertzer in the Bahamas on holiday.

I can only hope that the year end numbers are artificially flattered by the issuing of shares, making the bottom line seem more attractive than it actually is.

Serious question:

Why would they schedule maintenance in May, AFTER the rainy season? Normally, shutdowns and maintenance would be done at a time when it would have the least impact on production.

Is it just ANOTHER excuse to justify lower production, and not meeting targets?

First excuse was the rain, (they have been in country for 5 years and should know its called the " rainy season" for obvious reasons, and of course, the previous year, it was the lack of rain). Then, when production was due to ramp up, they scheduled maintenance.

At least make it make sense.

Leon hasn't bought a share in over 2 years. Why would he, when he gets them for free?? Apparently he'd rather invest his millions he earns from Jubilee somewhere else!

Buying shares is for the mushrooms out there. Just keep them in the dark and feed them bs.

Unfortunately that formula isn't working anymore. The mushrooms are asking questions. That's not good for management.

I've double checked my receipt from when I bought my last batch of Jubilee shares. I definitely didn't buy any of his bs.

The reality is that Leon CONTINUALLY fails to meet any of the targets or time-lines that HE sets.

After the lengthy IRH debacle, we were assured that there were many "better options" Leon had available at the time.

2 years later we are still waiting to see these!!

That was due in December '25 (the middle of our last FY). We are now in a new FY (26/27) and still not a murmur.

Copper has gone up significantly in the interim yet still nothing???

Leon continually to fails to deliver, yet gets a salary out of sync to the size, and t/o of the company, and so graciously accepts millions of shares given to him by his colleagues. What's not to like?

Just need to keep the faithful punters guessing with a few vague RNS now and again and let show go on.

The months and years go by and you wonder why the share price is tanking? But I suppose that doesn't directly impact you.

So much time has been lost that even if they found a partner today, it would still take some time for anything to actually be produced.

Agreed Mikey. That's why we stay invested. Living in hope that this ship IS being turned around, while the captain is confined to his quarters.

The frustration on this platform is apparent.

Whether you are a "ramper" or "deramper" (whatever that entails), the common denominator is the lack of performance to date.

The dialogue would be very different if Leon et al actually met some of their own targets. One cannot argue that whatever camp you're in, most are disappointed with the performance to date. Even the modest 5.1k tCu seems to have drifted far out of reach this year.

I personally hope that when the numbers are finally out, which we all expect to be dismal, that there's a pile of sugar to be sprinkled on the top.

2027 Financial year HAS to be the year that Leon finally earns the big bucks and the shares that he has so generously been given.

Ie. LWP deal, some serious numbers on Molefe, Roan all coming to the party.

Leon, as I have stated many times, it's time YOU delivered to your long suffering share holders.

The fundamental purpose of any listed company is to generate income / profit.

An increased nav means nothing if the assets serve no purpose or generate zero to little income. Unless the asset value is realized in some form they add nothing to the bottom line.

Ultimately any investment is about the returns on capital.

Case in point: Tjate.

Leon speak on the sale of SA: "we will retain exposure/investment in Platinum".

Reality. We can't do anything with it.

With hindsight its become clear to me (and many others) why Leon has made minimal personal investment in this company.

With all the freebies as well as the inside knowledge HE had, he wasn't going to risk his OWN money. That's for the mugs out there. He just had to keep the punters believing.

He has a massive salary, which is totally out of sync with the current status of Jubilee, and millions of shares inc those so generously given to him after the SA debacle. Many shareholders lost 80% or more of their investment, but for him the money and shares kept rolling in. Whats not to like? Deadlines and timeframes just kept being pushed further down the road.

Many long suffering shareholders (including myself) no longer trust him, and don't believe a word he says. We've been strung along for too long.

Leon Coertzer the time has come for you to FINALLY deliver. Story time is over.

I find it quite surprising that days after the EGM results have been published, few members know what the implications are wrt resolutions 1 & 2.

Recent posts referencing the EGM, confirm once again that as always with Jubilee, confusion reigns supreme.

ChatGP given the info provided, is also not sure of the implications given the minimal information provided by management!

14 days to Jubilees FY end and Leon doesn't want to commit to a current year forecast that he might not achieve. 😂😂😂

Leon I really hope that very soon you are going to make a positive announcement, that will actually benefit the owners of this company.

Junior IF we see an earlier big upswing in the share price there wouldn't be a problem.

But LTH are aware of the haemorrhaging of the share price & Leon's repeated jumping onto the next big thing, as if he has ADHD, resulting in continual dilution with little value added.

Without any relevant information its a case of "trust me bro", this time its different.

Actually it's an intitial 1% dilution but if all goes well, possibly up to a 10% dilution.

Junior the point was that the initial RNS suggested that it wasn't the amount of money involved, but that the person/entity behind it gave the Molefe project additional credibility due to their status and history.

If that isn't disclosed what value does the market see in that? Only AFTER the share price climbs and the conversion takes place (obvious reaction) would the identity be known.

Is there any advantage in that for existing shareholders?

I really hope that we do hear confirmation by July latest, as it's still going to take some time to get the project going after that.

Ffs 5 years ago ('21) the share price was 20p.

Do you really think 16p in '29 is a win? In my book it's a disaster.

Continual dilution has killed this share price. Despite being told otherwise by management, they intend to issue even more shares this year than in most previous years. Based on the current share price, this could be in excess of 400 000 000 this year. LWP, Roan and now Molefe.

● Why didn't Leon use the Molefe presentation to discuss the need to borrow $1.5m from a "private" investor.

Guaranteed interest on the money until the share price ramps up, and can then slide that into shares at a preferential rate (based on the ave price). I would have loved some of that action.

● WHY would the identity of the "investor" need to stay confidential? Once the shares are issued that would be disclosed anyway. What value do they add in that context?

The share printing division of Jubilee is the most productive department in the company. Surely they should get a few million for their efforts as well?

Leons' modus operandi has always been the smoke and mirrors approach. Never transparent.

After the buildup and the hype around the Molefe presentation, it appears that the anticipated positive reaction by the market hasn't happened.

It's time to deliver Leon. No one's entertaining your stories anymore.

Leon, the market wants actual numbers, not a few vague power point slides and then answering a few select questions.

They are no longer speculating on hopes and dreams.

Actually at 48min exactly he says that we can expect an outcome well before 12 months.

2024 Leon had companies "beating on the door" to replace IRH with much better terms

2025 Oct RNS Jubilee set an internal target of Dec '25 to decide on a partner

2026 March RNS finalizing the scope etc and projected to decide within 2 months. 2 possible partners already in country.

2026 June (Molefe update) we would hear news about this well within 12 months @ 48 min mark.

An announcement soon would certainly help to boost the share price. I certainly hope its before the end of July.

Its time to actually start earning the big bucks Leon. Put up or shut up.
