RE: RNS's due early Nov & late Nov?1 Nov 2025 04:28
The business acumen on this forum of some members is fundamentally flawed!
Coerdelion, your logic makes zero sense.
● If you buy a share at whatever the prevailing price, you surely believed it has a higher value either, now or in the future, relative to what you have paid?
● The concept of selling shares at different price points ie "at 3.2p 3.35p and then double digits" is flawed in that your ave price IS your effective cost per share. I assume you realise that your average reduces when you buy in at a lower price and that you don't hold "3.2p 3.35p and double digits shares."
● If you believe the share will once again achieve double digits (most members think we will get back there eventually) why would you want to sell something at a third of the price???? Business 101. Maximize profits.
● Isn't the point of investing to identify under valued company's, with the anticipation that they will realise their true potential, and that you as a shareholder would be rewarded accordingly?
● Why would you take on all the risks and when the company starts it's upwards trajectory as anticipated, and you are about to be rewarded, you sell to take a small profit?
It would appear from your comments that when you back a loser you take the loss, but when you find a winner, you bail out and take a small profit???
You will soon realise that that is a losing strategy. You have to take significant wins to compensate for the risks you take.
