The 5.1k tCu was a very conservative number based (for the first time) on actual figures. We know that this could comfortably be exceeded based on info readily available.

Hopefully JMK releases some very positive news.

Sumo I sincerely hope that's what we are going to see!! Increase in production etc etc.

Sale of non core assets increasing bringing in more cash and with the LWP sales still on track. Payment was monthly for this so we hope that this is still happening.

Hopefully developments wrt the various JVs, and of course with Munkoyo drilling, % and of course the potential output.

There is much to report on and hopefully we will finally get to see LCs Copper Eldorado!! 👍

As can be seen by the current share price, the market is waiting for clear guidance on Zambia.

With 3.1 bn shares 5.1k tCu is not going to move the needle.

For the share price to rerate, we will need a significant, unambigous and detailed update re Zambia with timeline projections. We hope that management are in the process of preparing this and will release this as promised at end of September.

The market is forward looking and will then ignore the delays, missed targets, etc, endured to date in Zambia. The share price will react positively once Jubilee are able to validate the decision to sell SA ops and focus only on Zambia.

I sincerely hope our confidence is rewarded with significant developments in Zambia and not just a rehash of what we already know.

The board got the yes vote that they wanted.

The ball is now firmly in their court. Until they can prove the resources and real production capacity in Zambia, we will be treading water.

Leon Coertzer and co now have to deliver as a matter of urgency in Zambia.....

The end of September will be the acid test. A brilliant series of RNS's relating to Zambia will light a fuse under the share price. All we, as share holders can do, is hang on and wait. It's been a tough ride.

LC its time for you to deliver. The time for talking a big game is over. The market is waiting.

Couerdelion the RNS made no mention of any beneficial interest post the effective date. I don't think that the various entities involved forgot to include that. If there was to be proportional benefit it would have been a significant part of the deal and projections would have included that aspect and added to the $90m.

The only income from SA chrome / pgm post sale would be from the scheduled payments from the purchaser. On current projections final payment was expected to be paid in +- 3 years ( dependent on metal prices.)

When the sale was anounced a number of critics highlighted the fact that the purchaser would simply be using the business income to pay Jubilee and not paying the $90m up front.

Shuvlin, I would be surprised if we derived any benefit from SA ops after the effective date.

The buyer will use the income to pay for the assets with beneficial ownership, probably effective from Dec / Jan. The shares are normally held as security, that is all. It would be unusual to have a pro rated income relative to the shareholding at any point in time.

Jubilee should benefit from the income until the effective sale date. I haven't confirmed that, but that would be the norm.

From that moment on, we are Jubilee Copper unless, of course, the deal falls through.

As a long term holder (3m shares) and like many here, significantly underwater, it is not difficult to see why there are so many frustrated posters on this board.

One has to accept that Jubilee and particularly the foray into Zambia has been frustrating to date. LC has been "writing cheques" he either knew he "couldn't cash" or he was naive in terms of some of his projections. Some projections, with hindsight were wildly optimistic, yet we bought into them.

However that was the past, and we now accept that the "new Jubilee Copper" will rise like a Phoenix with a clear focus and a road map to deliver in Zambia.....

The question is one of time. Jubilee need to hit the ground running. They have had years to set the groundwork and now need to deliver on the Copper strategy as a matter of urgency.

We know that the SA sale will probably be concluded by the end of this year and we are then wholly dependent on Zambia.

In the interim frustration continues.

The market (and of course all of us!) are waiting for news on Zambia as only then will we see any uplift in the share price.

We know there are 3 key Copper strategies and trust that the board are working to bring them to fruition. Any major development in one of these could have a significant impact on the market perception of Jubilee. The dream would be multiple positive announcements.

The sentiment and ambience on this group will certainly change once Jubilee Copper comes to the party!!

Jubilee copper has to start to produce significant amounts of copper or demonstrate the capacity to ramp up rapidly.

Munkoyi and LWP are the 2 key short term updates needed. I look forward to some very good news SOON!!

I might well be wrong, but I seem to remember that someone who had provided feedback from the recent meeting mentioned that a Zambian update would be provided at the end of September.

I thought it might be linked to the vote and the immediate focus on the Zambian development plans.

Can't find much info on them. Maybe the potential partner?
