But LTH are aware of the haemorrhaging of the share price & Leon's repeated jumping onto the next big thing, as if he has ADHD, resulting in continual dilution with little value added.

Actually it's an intitial 1% dilution but if all goes well, possibly up to a 10% dilution.

Junior the point was that the initial RNS suggested that it wasn't the amount of money involved, but that the person/entity behind it gave the Molefe project additional credibility due to their status and history.

If that isn't disclosed what value does the market see in that? Only AFTER the share price climbs and the conversion takes place (obvious reaction) would the identity be known.

Is there any advantage in that for existing shareholders?

Continual dilution has killed this share price. Despite being told otherwise by management, they intend to issue even more shares this year than in most previous years. Based on the current share price, this could be in excess of 400 000 000 this year. LWP, Roan and now Molefe.

● Why didn't Leon use the Molefe presentation to discuss the need to borrow $1.5m from a "private" investor.

Guaranteed interest on the money until the share price ramps up, and can then slide that into shares at a preferential rate (based on the ave price). I would have loved some of that action.

The share printing division of Jubilee is the most productive department in the company. Surely they should get a few million for their efforts as well?

Actually at 48min exactly he says that we can expect an outcome well before 12 months.

2024 Leon had companies "beating on the door" to replace IRH with much better terms

2025 Oct RNS Jubilee set an internal target of Dec '25 to decide on a partner

2026 March RNS finalizing the scope etc and projected to decide within 2 months. 2 possible partners already in country.

2026 June (Molefe update) we would hear news about this well within 12 months @ 48 min mark.

An announcement soon would certainly help to boost the share price. I certainly hope its before the end of July.

Interesting to hear his glib oblique references to numbers previously quoted, and now the subtle changing of the narrative, as if he hadn't made any of his previous statements!!

Wrt LWP, that can is being kicked even further down the road. In an RNS last year, he stated an internal decision for a partner was 'Dec 25, and now he glibly referenced Dec '26 as if everything was on track, without even breaking a sweat!

The only thing Leon didn't say in his presentation was " trust me bro". 😂

Bottoms, I'm not sure when Harmp was appointed as spokesman for Jubilee!!

*Although I'm confident he would do a better job than the current incumbent, as the bar is set pretty low.

Most of Harmp's historical posts were AI generated but recently he's toned that down a few notches!! Even his rampant enthusiasm has wained recently, as he has come to realize that Jubilee management are "different"!!

In a '25 RNS Jubilee stated that they had set Dec '25, as the deadline to decide on a partner for the LWP.

The ONLY thing that I can state with confidence wrt Jubilee, is that management have continually exhibited an inability to adhere to any of their OWN timeframes.

JuniorL et al are focused on Molefe as if its the only game in town, yet most lth know that a few years ago the LWP was regarded as the game changer. Why can't we have both come to fruition at the same time? That would be the catalyst we all need.

I have waited patiently for 18 months (now impatiently), since the IRH bust up, to hear about these other partners that were queuing up outside Leons office. 🤷‍♂️

It's time Leon Coertzer started focussing on delivering, instead of continually flitting from one big thing to the next but NEVER delivering on any of them.

Imho Leon Coertzer makes Bernie Madoff look like a novice.

This forum is a bit like watching an old TV soap series: Days of our Lives.

It ran for years. Viewers watched daily, waiting for something big. But just plenty of drama and dialogue but nothing actually happened. (Like Jubilee except in this case its continual disappointment).

All valid points. Most forget that this is an open forum.

All points of view should be expressed and encouraged. The actions here by those members who regard themselves, or are appointed as protectors of the faith (wrt Leon et al), are pretty transparent.

The Jubilee team members are obvious.

Junior is clearly the spokesperson for the GLR / Molefe project and seems to have a fair bit of inside knowledge. He has been batting flat out for weeks now. I do in fact think he presents very clear counter arguments to any negative narrative, so kudos to him wrt that.

I for one take note of all postings and draw my own conclusions from them. Whoever the poster. That is the nature of a forum.

Personal attacks on members who put forward contrary points of view, should be regarded with the contempt they deserve.

I used to be a "company" man who believed what the great LC said. I've since realised my mistake!!

I now question everything, as we all should. Counter arguments are healthy and should be encouraged.

Most forget the real underlying reasons that members are becoming more & more frustrated.

Previously I stated that I had founded a £100m company (1991) and retired in 2019. This was ridiculed at the time because I had used an emoji to emphasize a point! 🤷‍♂️. After a few years I got bored and have since started 2 other companies, one in March this year.

I have seen corporate takeovers and am aware of the various tactics used. My concern is that private investors are going to pay the price for Leon's numerous failures. It appears many are now pinning there hopes on a knight in shining armour coming to the rescue.

I bought more and more Jubilee shares. I used to listen to every single interview (normally paid for with pre prepped questions) and believed Coertzer crazy claims.

And years later here we are.

I realized too late that Coertzer was being very economical with the truth (being very generous here). If he did a presentation now I wouldn't listen to him but would analyze the information myself afterwards.

I, like many others here, merely hope that something positive is still going to come out of this debacle.

Mr Big or Biggs is only going to serve his own interests. This is not going to be a charitable venture.

Have you lot already forgotten the SA debacle where Leon was comprehensively outplayed and WE paid the price. He took a bonus. A month or 2 prior we were told by Coertzer that after years of growth and reinvestment the SA ops had reached maturity and we were set to reap the benefits!! All he did was set us up to sell the crown jewels due to shocking mismanagement and at the worst possible time. No life of mine contracts, no protection, no moat around the company. Just total exposure on all fronts. Debts, short term supply contracts, supllier profit sharing etc etc.

But now for an unknown investor, who for the paltry sum of an initial $1.5m, everyone rolls over. Got news for you. Its the thin part of the wedge. It wonn't end at $10.5m either. When the option to convert to shares is exercised at an ave price they will have more shares than Slater at a fraction of the price.

Asditionally their share issue will not help the share price. Next step will be to buy out Slater as a private deal.

Then take over the p.i s at a small premium to the prevailing rate. A rate they have ensured remained depressed due to their method of securing the shares. (Dilution due to 300m shares issued for $11.5m and no on market purchase)

Any other offer to shareholders would be based on that rate and a small premium to that.

Lube up boys n gals. Mr Big is coming to town.

BTW... Leon Coertzer already sees a big pay day when that deal is done. As always he will be the biggest winner.

It is clear your only interest wrt Jubilee is only in the Molefe and Galileo link, hence your focus only on this aspect in all of your posts.

You choose to ignore the fundamental issues relating to the most recent RNS which I had pointed out previously.

Your version is that a private shareholder has inside info, and is basing his investment devision on that.

Not only does he get the benefit of the info, he then has an opportunity to buy into the company indirectly without buying shares on the open market that would surely cause the price to rise.

Additionaly in the event that the price spikes after the Molefe update, he is protected by the 6 month average purchase price clause.

I'm really astounded by the naivete of some on this platform.

Desperation for any good news results in every RNS being scrutinized for hidden meanings and reading between the lines. Some of the current interpretations border on the hilarious, despite the reality that over many years they have consistently been the opposite. There never has been any hidden positive meanings other than the smoke and mirrors tactic by Coertzer.

This new RNS serves only as the "thin slice of the wedge."

An "investor" offers to loan $1.5m to Jubilee. Really? Why would they need to borrow such a small amount from a single private investor??

Reality: that's the thin part of the wedge.

Establish that additional shares can be issued at a 6 month average price. RNS then vote. = 30 000 000 shares issued.

Then escalate to $10m plus over a short period. = to Approx 300 000 000 shares to be issued at current rates.

Investor secures 10% of the company for only $10m. Current shareholders screwed. The "investor" cruises through without having to buy 300m shares on the open market that would cause the share price to rise.

The motivation for the sale of SA.

The income from the sale of SA operation will exceed the requirements for funding the Zambian copper strategy (LEON b.s COETZER). If shareholders vote yes there will be no need for dilution. Additionally the majority of shareholders have indicated that they would prefer share buy backs to a special dividend with the surplus funds. Lol.

Since December the Jubilee share certificate printing unit has been working flat out. In just 3 months post sale +100m shares were issued, with Leon issuing shares like confetti to suppliers in exchange for feedstock.

No wonder he doesn't invest his own money in the company.

Under achieved.

Massive salary and given free shares.

LC & JMK each got a share allocation after the SA operation debacle.

JMK wasn't responsible for the historical issues, and obviously had a load to do during the sale.

LC on the other hand, should never have been given, nor should he have accepted the shares, so kindly given to him by the renumeration committee.

The buck stops at the top and as always LC is never held accountable for non delivery or his numerous failures.

Any shares issued to LC should have been as an incentive for ensuring share holder interests in Zambia. Linking shares to milestones would be the norm. He oversaw the collapse of the SA ops with bad agreements, poor financial management, and continuous dilution.

In 2019 there were +- 1.5bn shares in issue. Today 3.3bn.

The share price peaked on the hype at the time based on Jubilees unique ip and alchemy in turning "discarded mining waste" into metals.

Today we sell that dust (the lwp) to someone else to process, and are getting feedback from THEM, on how to do it !! Still issuing shares to secure the waste that we haven't been able to do anything with after years of trials.

We also issue shares to secure feedstock for Roan. (Giving away the company for raw materials!)

Give Leon more shares!!

He still gets paid the same for a company half the size and that is still losing money.

Shareholders haven't seen a dime and have seen an 90% decline in the share price in the last few years.
