Leon's incompetence was highlighted in SA. Spending a fortune on upgrades each year to achieve greater and greater volumes, but not ensuring life of mine supply or even long term contracts. Business basic 101. As Buffet would say you need to have a moat around your business. Leon might be technically good but not def not a great CEO. The squeeze was always coming. Then taking a few million shares on the fire sale as a pat on the back 🤡. Yes the fan boys will say that was the "renumeration committee." Well that's a reflection on them as well. I ran a billion t/o company for 28 years and never once rewarded incompetence. My company grew exponentially. The numbers here tell the story.

So much potential was wasted.

The Leon fan boys can't see that. He has cost us a fortune and no one can argue that statement. We should have been cruising now with Pt prices where they are and using that cash to fund Zambia. We could have had it all.

I now have to believe he will recover some of our losses in Zambia. So I continue to live in hope or illusion.

If the potential is realised in Zambia we should see some recovery in the share price.

It's time for Leon to put up or shut up.

To be clear.

Although I am highly critical (justifiably so imho) with management, I CONTINUE to hold my shares, although my frustrations are at red line.

I still think that Jubilee, at this moment in time (ignoring historical info), has probably the best potential upside compared to most options on the market.

Ignoring the past (although I can't forget), it is time for Leon to deliver. He has been given everything he has wanted / needed to ensure success.

I am looking forward to a cracking rns soon that is going provide the impetus that we need to see.

I am of the opinion that the h1 financials have been deliberately delayed to allow for some good news to be included. The faithful continue to live in hope.

I'm not surprised you've come in to bat for Leon. Hey, let's all conveniently forget the promises made and targets missed over the years. Jubilee were the worst performing Pt share on the market in the middle of a boom cycle!!!

Same for Cu but then again we hardly produced enough to pay the rent and keep the lights on.

We were supposed to be at 10k of Cu, 48oz Pt and 2mt Cr pa.

But all we have now is 4.5cu.

But let's take a few million shares each and celebrate this 🤡. Shareholders???

I assume you gave the same advice to your shareholders whenver held to account (to sell up and move on whenever they questioned management).

Management are normally rewarded when completing a deal that ADDS significant value to the company. In THAT event shareholders benefit as well. The disastrous outcome of SA did NOT add value.

Jubilee management are paid handsomely to do a job. They failed. No rational person can argue on behalf of Leon Coertzer that he added value with this. The continued investment in SA, right up to the year of sale, and failure in ensuring long term supply contracts, resulted in the fire sale of SA. He was outplayed but WE paid the price.

We cannot and should not celebrate & reward failure.

The amount of shares issued to management should have been released based on Zambian performance.

For any incentive there should always be clear milestones. Management should rather have been forward looking and given Zambian incentive "targets" (Leons favourite word). On achievement of each that portion of shares released at that point.

The board do not feel they are accountable to the owners of the company.

I used to believe Leon but my eyes were opened some time back, I have seen that for him its a lifestyle company with a compliant board that has left him to run rampant. After billions of shares issued in dilution and many more taken as rewards, while the share price tanked from 20p.

Leon has never been held accountable.

Having initially bought near the top of the market, I now live in hope that one day wild claims and hopium changes to reality.....

Leon hasn't hit a target in Zambia or even got close in 5 years despite all the wild claims but he can't miss them all right???

Brilliant how they slipped in the bit about the freebies handed to management. Sickening.

Unfortunately I have to make the following point.

Management failed to protect shareholders from a hostile squeeze in SA. Leon spent a fortune each year on upgrading plant and infrastructure to achieve final capacity, but didn't think to protect the investment by securing long term supply. He kept assuring us that in SA we now had a mature business and we would finally realise the rewards. As we know shareholders were blindsided and were squeezed into a sale at the worst possible time for the shareholders, the buyer basically paying off the business with profits that should have accrued to us.

The sickening part is Leon and JMK now reward themselves with a couple of million shares each just for doing their JOBS!!! They are paid to do that already.

Given the circumstances this is extremely tacky at best.

Leon should hang his head in shame!!!

Share holders have suffered significant losses, while he continued unaffected, receiving a significant stipend relative to the value and performance of the company today.

I am thoroughly disgusted.

If he had any integrity he would buy shares to that value. Not take them. It's ultimate f u to shareholders.

The Leon disciples will jump to his defense, but its hard to justify that given the context of this deal..

But hey but don't worry. I know we said a while back we are approaching the high court wrt dividends & buybacks. But trust me bro. We will actually do that one day.

When sitting in an ivory tower, banking your not insignificant monthly stipend, with bonuses & share incentives, time is not a problem.

For Leon, a year or 2 here or there, isn't critical.

But...... for the faithful who have made large, long term commitments to the company, time is an issue. Some have had to sell for cash flow, unable to ride it out, or to manage risk thereby realizing a loss.

Leon might have been a bit more sensitive in that regard.

● JLP were in a dilution death spiral. Printing shares to raise cash / pay for assets.  Have a look at the shares in issue in 2020 and shares in issue 5 years later. Most of the dilution resulted in very little gain. This is one of the factors that led to the sinking share price.

Initial targets bandied about over the last few years were "targeting" 25k. Then "targeting" 12k to then 7500 then to 5.1 now to 4.6??

3. Made sure they signed PGM contracts for the life of the mines, so as not to be held hostage by OneChrome. ....... from the magic money tree?

● Err.... you might recall that Leon kept reinvesting each year to expand and upgrade the plant's capacity whilst knowing that the supply was on short term contracts. He seemed to forget to mention that in his podcasts and appearances to investors. Telling us it was now a mature business and shareholders would finally start to reap the benefits.

Chrome 1 simply waited for the work to be done, concept proven, put the squeeze on. Game over. Wham bam thank you ma'am.

4. Refrained from the repeated jam tomorrow statements on social media............ jam is always tomorrow because as soon as it is today the price is out of your range. Hopefully tomorrow will not be too far away.

We keep holding on, hoping that our perseverance will finally be rewarded, but the clock is ticking........ there's are only so many tomorrows before we say enough.

To deflect and refer to 8 months of scheduled drilling isn't the answer. Although even for that the initial INDICATIVE findings could be releasedas they go along. Even a brief RNS stating the early results so far indicate that their initial assessments appear to be vindicated. I follow many copper players and they all put any news or potential out to market.

For Jubilee at this moment in time their value isn't in production numbers. It is in their assets and the potential. That's where the market will see value & to get in early . You can see the cycle at the moment where expectation of news creates a rise, followed by disappointment and the resultant share action.

We are a month behind the "normal" (ave historical) release date of half year numbers.

The point that I have made is that management DON'T instill confidence which is reflected in the share price.

When they wound up the SA operation they would have had all the info they needed on closure. I'm sure the Zambian numbers would hardly be a challenge to scratch together.

The market doesn't operate in a vacuum.

@frog. I disagree. If the company HAS entered into negotiations they should issue a cautionary notice to shareholders and the market.

If management had anything positive to release they would have rushed it to market. Therein lies the rub. The silence is telling.

Many here make reference to a potential buy out. If that were the case, or if there negotiation in progress relating to that, JLP would need to inform the market.

LWP, is just another example of where the can is kicked further down the road!

Jubilee management are simply incapable of meeting any of their own timelines or targets.

Despite my misgivings I have always given management the benefit of doubt but all that has happened was they have kept "buying" more time but never delivered. From my perspective time is up.

Posting a picture on X of a drilling unit in the bush will never move the needle.

Claiming production is down because of rain. Yes. It rains in Zambia. We know that. You know that. Its rained for 100's of years. Why didn't you factor this into your forecast??

The market is losing patience which is clearly reflected in the share price.

In June 25 JLP were at 4.5p.

We were the worst performing Pt share.

Acheiving the multi year low of 2.7p during the Pt boom!!!

To sum up:

● invest in your chosen company

● hope that the share plummets so that your theory of a cheaper entry point is proven, so you could then buy more

● ignore the fact that you would have been better off had you bought ALL the shares at the lower entry point

● hope that the share price doesn't ontinue to rise negating any opportunity to invest fully in your chosen share

● sell when you achieve your initial buy in

● find another company

● rinse and repeat

Great system as I can only see 2 key issues with this strategy:

☆ if you choose a winner you don't maximize your return

☆ if you choose a loser you lose significantly more

RNS November 25:

"Discussions with potential project partners are progressing with internal target date remaining the end of the current quarter".

That should have been end Dec '25.

The frustration continues as the months and years go by. Initially waiting expectantly for the IRH deal to be concluded, after delays & extensions, then told by Leon C that he would let the deal lapse, as there were other partners lining up offering much better terms (more than 1 year ago).

Copper price ramps up but a YEAR later we are still waiting to hear about these multiple partners lining to invest!! 🤷 Really Leon???

What happened to all the info obtained over the time of the IRH evaluation? Why did they need start the process all over again??? Make it make sense.

Was the initial trial a complete failure and NOT due to unattractive JV terms?

While I remain invested in JPL with 3.8m shares I'm still underwater. I believe in the potential of the company but imho Leon has zero credibility.

A cursory look at any of the RNS over the last years, and the various appearances by LC on social media platforms, would be revealing. Always smoke and mirrors. Never delivered.

I know, I know its in past, but some things don't seem to change. Despite the current price of Cu, the share price reflects the dilution of share holders, and the continual lack of delivery.

Leon it's time to prove that this isn't just another management life style company. Drawing massive salaries & rewarding yourselves with share options, while the share price tanks 75% & the owners of the company get burnt. Leon you should invest in the future of JLP and BUY at least 10m shares. Maybe then the market will believe you. We can't always be in a closed period Leon......

Some will say but the share price is up 40% !!! but forget that this was the price a year ago, before the SA sale was announced and followed by the rise in Pt and Cu prices .

For perspective the share price was 20p 5 years ago, so in real terms 40% on 2.7p given the current metal prices this is not a win other than offering some relief to lth.

My apologies to all for the frustration, & Sunday rant, but it really is time to raise your game Leon. Start getting some positive news out to the market and give us all confidence in the future of Jlp.

The concern is that they still haven't found any sugar yet!!

Given JLPs recent history one would expect that they would rush any good news to the market....

Surely the Pt numbers would have given a boost to the bottom line???.

As to the Cu forecast the rains are an annual event and not unexpected, nor cpild it be considered a force majeure. They knew what to expect when the forecast were published. Most thought that the numbers were overly conservative and set so that they would outperform". I did!!

That seems not to be case atm.

To boost the share price now we need news of a significant development with the LWP (loooong overdue, partner was supposed to be finalised in Dec 25) as well as preliminary confirmation of a potentially massive resource at Molefe.

That will boost the share price.
