Looking forward to a detailed RNS shortly, that informs the market of the mining partner for Molefe / Munkoyo. A well established credible partner would give the share price a boost and help to derisk the project.

Having secured the rights to a larger portion of the surrounding area, Jubilee will hopefully disclose the potential of the region and time frames.

The RNS has the potential to be very significant to shareholders hopefully followed by news of the partner for the LWP. So much potential.

If managed correctly and with the right developments, etc, over the next few months, the share price should finally reflect the real value of Jubilee.

But Jubilee would need to include the preliminary findings of the resource. Without any indication of the magnitude of the operation, simply announcing a mining partner would mean little.

The market needs to see the full potential, with projections, and time frames.

We are working off a 5.1t Cu base. The market needs to see how we are going to achieve meaningful growth ftom that level.

Let's hope that Jubilee management deliver, and we can focus on the positives going forward. It's up to them. The balls firmly in their court as the future of Jubilee is in their hands.

I certainly don't understand the need by certain members on this forum, to engage in personal insults.

It adds no value and merely reflects the personality of those who engage in this practice.

No one wants to invest in a company that's not making money. We are out of hopium.

The only thing that will get this share price out the hole is an RNS showing major developments in Zambia IN THE SHORT TERM. We have now bet the farm on Zambia and after many years it's time to deliver. An RNS showing that we have found Eldorado at Molefe and additionally done a significant deal with the LWP that is going to shoot the lights out. The share price will then look like free money.

Trust me the punters will come running....

And the long suffering shareholders will finally be in the green. 🥂🥂

despite what you and Gotreal seem to think, I don't believe that there is an intent to depress prices by the majority on this platform. Jubilee are already doing a sterling job of that. If they had achieved 50% of what LC claimed, the share price would comfortably be in double digits. Any pi who bought shares in the previous 3 or 4 years is deep in the red.

What you are seeing on this chat is the level of frustration that has been mounting over time.

LCs liberal use of the word "targeting" was NEVER a true reflection of the status. He was either "economical" with the truth or was deliberately misleading .

In hindsight it seems that LC as the CEO, with the information he had at that point in time, knew that those figures were most likely not attainable. Yet he continued to project figures that we can label "inaccurate" at best.

My understanding was that due to the electricity issues (there appeared to be an exessive delay to restart), a decision was made to procure higher grade ore to claw back lost production.

Although 50m shares and cash were issued to achieve this, it appears that we haven't clawed back anything?

We would be hard pressed to find one that's done worse in terms of share price or market cap.

I sincerely hope that there are some significant developments in the pipeline that are due to be announced soon. As you stated, you can not comment, but I think the sentiment is pretty clear.

Most of us on this platform are extremely frustrated, particularly when Jubilee is measured against comparative companies.

It is clear the market needs credible and significant information on developments wrt Jubilee. In a booming metals market we are currently amongst the worst performers on the market.

As the share price tanked, the ave option was adjusted downwards to compensate. What's not to like? 🙈

Zero incentive to perform right there.

The only losers are the owners (shareholders) of the company.

I ignored the 1p freebies from the company.

There's no risk.

These should always be performance related and only issued linked to milestones targets.

Yes the FD bought 1m @ 3p. JMK is a recent appointment and I appreciate that this was done as a show of confidence. It's not a significant amount at the current share price.

LC talks the talk but clearly doesnt put his own money where his mouth is. He's earned a significant amount from Jubilee and could certainly afford 10 -15m at the current share price. A purchase of that size followed by a very positive RNS would have moved the needle instead of relying on a few cheerleaders on this platform.

a few random cheer leading messages on a chat group is not what's needed to move this share price. We have traded on sentiment for years. Over the years, Leon has made many optimistic claims on the roast, etc etc, without delivering. We all believed that's why we're here.

The reality is that right now, the company needs to demonstrate that they can produce copper on a significant level. The market needs a major development validating the transition to copper, and this needs to happen very soon.

Separate to this, Leon needs to make a serious commitment with his own money.

If he is that confident and truly believes, why hasn't he taken advantage of the current share price???? 🤷🤷🤷

As the CEO, he has very little skin in the game. That in itself is pretty telling. His action (or lack thereof) in this case, speaks louder than his appearances on various podcasts, YouTube platforms etc.

The key points or this current fy should be:

+- 5kt Cu (conservative)

+ 6 months (minimum) SA income

+ $25m part payment

+ income from sale of various non core assets

+ no SA debt

+ any new projects ( JV LWP + miner etc etc)

Surely this is the sort of info our esteemed leaders should be providing and updating regularly? The big dip at Roan and the front end issues are a concern.

I posted this on the 22nd of Sept.

Naively expecting some significant developments with Zambia and then subsequently, to see another RNS highlighting SA increase in profits etc with latest Pt prices etc.... Clearly I was wrong.

**As can be seen by the current share price, the market is waiting for clear guidance on Zambia.

With 3.1 bn shares 5.1k tCu is not going to move the needle.

For the share price to rerate, we will need a significant, unambigous and detailed update re Zambia with timeline projections. We hope that management are in the process of preparing this and will release this as promised at end of September.

The market is forward looking and will then ignore the delays, missed targets, etc, endured to date in Zambia. The share price will react positively once Jubilee are able to validate the decision to sell SA ops and focus only on Zambia.

I sincerely hope our confidence is rewarded with significant developments in Zambia and not just a rehash of what we already know.**

As we know now it never happened.

I have yet to read a recent Jubilee RNS that sounds upbeat or positive. They are all vague and neutral, with numbers generally adjusted downwards. No reference was made either to the strong Pt basket price or Cu that would compensate for the lower numbers. How hard is it to write an upbeat positive RNS? It almost appears as if they are trying to depress the share price. In a market where metals are booming, with most competitors up over 100% or more up on the year, we languish at -40%.

If disappointment was ever given a new name, I would call it Jubilee.
